- Cook as a plain old steak
- Roo and red wine spagbol
- ANZAC pizza (roo, lamb, maybe some onions/tomatoes/mushrooms, and NEVER consumed without a beer to wash it down)
- Stir fry

On a serious note for you Aussies: What do they do with them after they're killed? Do they process the carcasses for meat or what?
i like the plain old steak...as long as it is medium so it doesnt get too chewy
iam pretty sure that they are destroyed as they use some sort of chemical to kill them once they are sleepy bye bye's
roo reminds me of venison...its very lean almost no fat and a nice game type of flavour
