They had like the most advanced industrie of everything for like a few decades? I don't know if hitler did much good than just make a war, lose and get loans.
Boost to automobile industry, and therefore BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW - Hitlers idea
Boost to manufacturing industry (albeit through demand due to militarisation) - caused by Hitler
Reduction in unemployment - Started circa mid 1920's, sorted out by NSDAP regime
Improved economy - Started circa mid 1920's, sorted out by NSDAP regime
Again, this good imho in no way outweighs the bad stuff that happend from 33-45.
- Autobahns weren't invented by Hitler, he just boosted it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_Autobahns
- The German industry was suppressed by the winners of WW I. And when a country wants to go into a war (or is forced to), the industry gets boosted (see USA in WW II). It's neither a german phenomenon nor Hitlers credit. The rest is also industrialization and standing up after a war.
- Unemployment: Many were forced to work, the Wehrmacht had to grow ...
Development after WW II:
Much of the old industry was destroyed or dismantled for reparation transfers soon after 1945. And when the "West" realized, that a strong Germany is a better buffer against the Red Army, they had to help to raise the economy again.
At last: I wonder what the world would be, when the NSDAP regime had not happened like that. But unfortunately, we will never know.
But I hope it will be a memorial for all people, where racism, ignorance and dictatorship can lead to.

Play Leviathan (BF2-SF) and try it. I often use the MG on top, but a TOW? The tank has destroyed the vehicle immediately, it's easier than destroying a mounted TOW.
EDIT: Since they improved the accurancy of MGs, it's really fun to kill masses of infantery with the.50 cal, the only problems are snipers

Why does MEC suck when you play it? Because you are also one of these chickens how just spawn at Hotel to get raped without wondering which flag else to defend.
What is important:
- The team needs all the (mostly) headless chickens at hotel who hold the masses of USMC back until the own armors are in position.
- What the team needs are skilled tank drivers how stand together, stop enemy vehicles and cap flags back.
- And a "joy rider" is also useful to rush to flags which got just neutralized.
- Mine the entrances to the right bank so they can't rush that quick.
- A commander who helps the chickens with the UAV not to get shot that much, but the focus must be on the few skilled or just lucky enemies who made it through the front line.
You can win on all maps with both teams, just a matter of skill (or the shitty enemy commander )

Yeah, since I play AT (and Support; long time ago, for badges), I know the how to use the pistol.
Close range:
DAO-12 is a must. Fire quick, aim for the stomach since your cursor moves up with the shots. CQC killer, only the PKM etc. is the real killer now.
Mid and Long Range:
- Your enemy decides to take prone position, lower than yours? Take the AT (not RPG-7 if not practiced, it drops) and have an easy kill. Snipers on higher positions are also fun to take out, but you have to shoot first.
- Your enemy noticed an easy kill since you don't carry an assault rifle? Right running to your position? Take the pistol, aim and unload it into the approaching target. Here you have also fire quick, like with the DAO-12.
Fighting against armored vehicles:
They are the killing machines! Spot them, shoot (with aiming where you expect him to move) and take cover. Watch out not to croutch behind an obstacle with a wall behind, you won't live long enough to see the spotted enemy disappearing from the RADAR. Move a bit and shoot until he seeks shelter or blows up.
Fighting against smoking or non-armored vehicles:
Assume his path, prepare for firing and pray the rocket not going through the steal (very annoying).
Shooting aircrafts
- Hovering or starting jets can be shoot, everything else is a waste of ammo.
- Choppers hovering or flying straight away from you, especially for flag capture are an easy target. Shoot from the rear to avoid being detected by the gunner. 2 hits and every chopper will be in big trouble (beside the air bus filled with engis )
At last:
You shoot and someone else gets the kill for it, that happens. But you are big obstacle for armors moving on (if trained in shooting tanks) and when the tank is trying to avoid being shot, he won't kill your teammates and perhaps, the C4 or AT mine carries already the tank pilots name

A gag? On an official site and ingame? Don't think so, since I saw already a trailer of it.
The Roadkills of vehicles now count for the K/D ratio.
But I wonder if I get a roadkill AND a kill for ramming someone into the wall (old ratio count), or just a roadkill (new ratio count).
Someone has to confirm which possibility is correct

The "Bail out" should get more strict after the 2nd time like "I said: Get your f**king ass out of the vehicle. It's better for all of us" when to cap a flag.
"Stop spamming and shut up!". I hate it when you cap a flag from a good hideout and a supporter spwans on you and has nothing else to do then "Ammo. Ammo here. Anyone needs ammo?" to tell every enemy within 30m where we are (the ammo and health icon is visible throw walls, believe me!!!).
One point: With better messages, they get more used and you can't hear the close enemies any more ...

Yeah, the commander is the eye of the team. It is ALWAYS better to let a teammate use the vehicle (when he follows your orders), gunners also.
On big servers with less people (like Kubra) the commander can also defend a flag, but that means he has to use Scan every 30 secs or so to see incoming enemies.
Prepair the flag (C4, mine-trapped unused vehicles, claymores) the best way and you can defend one more flag than just sitting in an edge waiting for the next arti strike from enemy commander
Btw: When a commander is fighting, he decreases his and his teammates possible score, cause he kills and teamworks without getting points. Think of it.

And what about air asses? You only play city maps, don't you?
I love to take out choppers (transport and attack), especially on city maps. But an attack chopper is the quickest death for a tank.

Hi folks,
I noticed it twice, but in the heat of the battle are other things more important
Two weeks ago, I was USMC on Wake and spawned as Spec Ops at the airfield, obviously to blow some assets.
Sat and UAV were blown up, but the arti was still online.
So I planted the C4 on the artis and supply drops, reloaded at supply drops, ran away and pressed the trigger ...
awaiting two support points BUT: Team vehicle damage or something like that, the message that our, I repeat our arti is under attack!!! Wat the hell is doing on? It's their arti!!! Curious.
Yesterday, I was Commander on Kubra as USMC and we captured their Main base (dont know english term).
I was in their base for some instance and, I'm not really sure but I think, their assets appeared on my minimap. And a minute later, someone blows UAV and Sat to hell, and my UAV and Sat health bar is lowered to half !? Our assets one mile in the north were not touched the hole round.
Your opinions?
Is it a new bug (or a bug I never read before since I don't read every topic )?

Some more tips:
- Be Squad Leader and pray for a commander who really support his team. This means: Call for UAV via 2D map and place it like you and the others need it. Ex: Don't center it on one flag when it's range can reveal three flag zones (on city maps). And call support not only for you, call a supply drop for the tank which is already smoking and need a drop also.
- There's hardly a chance to win when your commander is only in the battle and don't see the whole situation. Worst: Flying commanders.
- When using frag machines like tanks, APCs or other mass killers: Support the infanterists when they cap flags. They turn the flag and you watch out for enemies (not that fix rule, but often a good advise). AND: Don't rush into enemy territory, expecially not alone.
- Support mentioned killing machines. A tank driver will do a better job when he knows that his ass and sides are surveyed by you (no C4 or AT fear ).
- Two vehicles with engineers live four times longer than lone wolves
- Flag work is sometimes more important than killing three guys who are hiding on a lone rooftop. Have an eye on the ticket loss.
- Hovering choppers low over ground beg at all tanks and ATs to get shooten (T-90 against Blackhawk - A lot of fun on Mashtuur ). The M95 is also a nice tool to stop flag capping pilots.
- Don't underestimate AA Tripods and against choppers. One vehicle kill can mean up to SIX kills . And there is no need to stay in - Shoot twice and search for a hideout when he knows your position, shoot again when takes the turn. See my stats

The defibrillator is called AED, means automatic external defibrillator (traslated from german, might be the right expression too).
You don't need medical skills for it, cause the thing eyplains all what has to be done and decides alone.
It's used at public areas like subways, airports or event halls/sport stadiums.
The defibrillator with the paddles is still used by medical trained personal,
such as paramedics (called "Rettungsdienst" in Germany) and hospitals.
It has up to a 12 pole ECG and much more functions like blood oxygen amount and blood pressure measure abilities.
There are also much more settings for the shocking, used by medicines to increase the chance of reviving the patient.
All clear?
It's just a game, and a nice idea, that reviving.

*gähn* It's that old that complain.
But doesn't matter, I feel with you. It's more annoying when you die and wonder:
"Hm, okay, then lets spawn at flag XY and defend it, since my squad mates need help."
And in the last second, you get revived and have to go half a mile by foot to the next hot spot.

Its so easy: As said at first: Be engineer when you drive an armored vehicle (or have an engineer as passenger), so you can disarm the mines blocking the route.Answeller wrote:

Run in and TK (possibly a whole squad) is the worst thing which will surely be the first step on the way for losing the round (or the second if your commander only uses his supply drops to repair arti while his "eyes" are blown up ).
I know, to jump out and disarm is dangerous or will make you lose your precious whoring machine, since there are always stupid team mates who drive alone in enemy territory to cap a flag without inf support (the enemy ambush works in 80% or more, and the tank is lost for nothing)

If anyone walked over there what would've he/she thought?
Example: I'm firing with a T-90 on a Vodnik with two guys:
Rick_Biessman [T-90] Chicken#1
Rick_Biessman [Vodnik] Chicken#2
Chicken#2 one died cause he jumped out of the exploding Vodnik.
Does that count for me as roadkill at the stats for
1. the tank cause I'm sitting in a tank (secondary victim, not primarly killed by my weapon) or
2. the transport (Vodnik) cause the exploding Vodnik killed Chicken#2?
My opinion is 1. but I don't know ...

Bugs? Bf2 runs quite nice now, apart from the ingame browser

What about stealing a vehicle (Havoc on Sharqi) by commander support:
Constant arti strikes on helipad and the chopper will hardly go online, supported by a sniper with M95 lying next to the IGLA to savely prevent them to use the chopper.
The Humvee at Hotel in addition to avoid boats and choppers to be part of the enemy team.
... No matter, that you already lost all other flags and the MEC has a ticket advantage of at least 50
I know: No negative scores produced by this tactic, apart from the constant loss of the round

Often it fits, but with lame admins it's really annoying: http://forums.bf2s.com/viewtopic.php?id=9443xaven wrote:

Good job
I wanna get to 3.00 but it doesn't fit with my actual playing style
I made it too (about 2 months ago), your ratio with assault rifles is more impressive for me. I think I played too much the medic at the beginning. And playing commander more often (like me) is also the way to a better k:d ratio.TriggerHappy998 wrote:
I have finally hit the 2.00 mark on my kill to death ratio
I'm so proud of myself...
I joined yesterday a server (don't remember it's name, obviously a clan server) running Sharqi 32 or 64.
I joined in as USMC and spawned at TV Station, since no one from our team was there to defend it.
So I took the assault pack, spawned on rooftop and went down the stairs to the flag. Flag was clear, but there were two guys running over the hill towards the TOW. After they finished off one teammate sitting in the TOW, my first GL shot killed the first right at the TOW, the second ran towards the arti on my left to hide but the second shot hit and he was dead too.
Summary: TWO GL shots, two dead MEC guys. (Time on server: 20 sec)
No time to refresh, a car is driving up the ramp. So I went back to the stairs, awaiting two more guys runnning to the flag. And there we are: First ran up to the flag room and ate my third GL shot, after reload the second came and died too. Puuh, what a nice action, defending our most important flag against FOUR MECs, possibly all in one squad.
Summary: FOUR GL shots, four dead MEC guys. (Time on server: 40 sec)
Ohh, but hear: "Clear! Okay, go back to the fight" (don't the arabic term for that)
A medic was also there I didn't notice. So I lauchned a grenade once again at the 2nd floor (flag room door) and killed the medic and MEC #4 again.
Summary: FIVE GL shots, five dead MEC guys, six kills. (Time on server: 60 sec)
Expecting more enemies I took a G3 from a dead enemy (there were enough) and called for reinforcements.
And then: *blink* "You have been kicked from the server. (admin decision)" .
In bf2s.com, I see now, that they banned me, siince it is my first ban. Obviously on the guys I killed was an admin, very lame.

Possibly something for them:

So, I means nothing? It's english and the MECs in the Video shout "Page down" (Negative or No chance), I think.Landepaukku wrote:

And they definitely don't shout "Foxdonut".

Nice, but the MG36 (Support SF Unlock) is missing.
