Wow....something we truly have in common Imdead. I love night maps....especially night flight. The NEW NA$TY_BUTLER will be there.

I also heard he is having trouble collecting cash for his server.....and they can't figure out who is actually in their clan or who can recruit and how.....we dont have those problems.
Systray......I noticed they finally nailed that lil hacker...I heard he turned himself in. Fancy that.
I dont know who that is? Maybe you can find out genius.bennisboy wrote:

Again....you run your group as a typical clan. And we have run things the opposite way for the better part of a year and things have been "better-than-good".imdead wrote:

Unfortunately you don't know what the hell Im talking about. As I probably don't with your analogy. Anyway I described a Community. We have "people who Pay for the servers" that have power because they "help the community". YOU on the other hand probably don't have servers, otherwise you would know where Im coming from, instead you go to other servers to wreak havoc. Trust me on this, you don't want everyone to have the same power as the next shmoe, if you do then you'll have god-like admins running your servers. So you are more like a GANG by going to OTHER servers. If we didnt have servers we would be more of a GANG, and not caring about anything but ourselves and wreaking havoc..
A TYPICAL clan consists of people getting together and working together, on scheduled days. Having an e-peen of who is better in clanwars and bragging about their W/L record. A typical clan has more responsibilites on setup, TWL's, CAL's, scrims and other matches.
We are not a typical clan mind you. We don't hold " I have the higher power because..." . We have a community that is greatly like you explained except we have people of higher authority to regulate asshats like you. You need that trust me. Take this forum for example, you would have asshats running around rampid if we didn't have "leaders". Especially if you run your own servers, go anywhere and they will tell you that.
You have to show regulation, most of your gang holds the same brainwashed ideas so I see how your gang gets along with each other. So your gang will strive if you keep doing what you are doing, but if you get servers its a whole new ballgame, because "SOMEONE" has to be the main man...
Otherwise you'll have retards roaming about and thinking they are better than everyone else.
EDIT: Mispelled Y-O-U. haha..
We have a 64 player ranked server, unranked server, and admin two others. Some of our members admin other servers independently due to personal relationships as well.
Voluntary monthly donations have kept it running.
pwnd.
PS my personal opinion is that clans using servers get complacent and end up never leaving the server, never challenging themselves, never meeting other people and possibly starting new rivalries which makes having a gang fun. If I had my choice we wouldn't have our server and therefore be forced to go out there....
Imdead the structure you have described is typical of most clans.imdead wrote:
Eh.. Our community/clan gives admin to those people that donate. Reason being: It shows our gratitude in giving some of your blood. Do all people get it? No, they have to follow basic conduct rules, don't want retards running your server if you know what I mean -- No god-like admining nor stupid kicking.
If Drama happens, in which it will and have to be honest, it has; both parties work it out, if not I get involved Someone has to say "sorry" otherwise no one is forcing the other individual in staying. Keeping 30 people in-line isnt an easy task.
New recruits are decided on a 2 week trial with being in a squad or being shadowed by a person that has been in our community/clan.
As a leader I take responsibility for everyones actions. So if they come to a knife/pistol, I have to account for thier misbehavior, and act accordingly; thats what a leader is all about, not turn the cheek.
Sounds like much of your Clan is more of a Gang that bullies others. So basically you are a GANG of regulars that play together..much like our COMMUNITY -- without the bully part.
Have a nice day.
And I believe that structure is why a great number of excellent players don't join them.
The concept that we created is as effective as it is simple. Basically we treat every member as an adult and full member right from acceptance.
- Forcing someone to say sorry does not solve the problem. Letting them work it out themselves does. No involvement from a third-party mitigator is necessary. -----uneeded task eliminated
- Involving server access each member is trusted to use their own judgement. No policing within the gang is needed. -----uneeded task eliminated
- There is no one person in our group that would be pretentious or foolish enough to take responsibility for others actions in a VIDEO GAME. -----uneeded task eliminated
- Recruitment involves a finding a good player - who is willing to learn - communicates - and is driven to win to hang out for an undetermined amount of time and a vote is started..the majority decides.
- In response to your Bullies comments. You might be referring to us going to servers and dominating them as we are all on the same team. We wouldn't have it any other way....we are driven to work as a team and reap the benefits of our ability to work tightly together. Yes, I have likened us to a group of guys hanging out on a street corner....if you mess with one of us you mess with us all.
Our members have freedom to do as they wish, no role calls, useless moral codes, established committees, cliches....a new member has as much influence as a veteran. This environment has created a very tight group of people who have mutual respect above all else.
I believe our gang is a polar opposite of your typical clan.
I was just looking for a precident.
We had a group that started out together as a group of friends who blackhawked together. Then we all joined BSF because one of us was a member.
They had a strict hierarchial structure and a code of conduct, weekly reports and meetings etc and it never accomplished anything. It made a game more like work.
Anyway we got sick of it and one of us bought a TS server one afternoon so we all (about twenty or thirty) just started to use that instead.
I believe since it was a huge group that just moved over with no one person claiming ownership of it (the clan) or the TS we became something unique.
-All members have full admin rights to TS and a game server.
-All new members, as soon as they are accepted, gain those rights.
-No seniority exists.
-If a fight occurs the two parties are encrouraged to work it out amongst themselves like adults and if one or both can't deal they just leave on their own.
-New recruits are decided on a majority vote accessible to all members.
-If any member wants to start a league, server, or any other project they can do it and it's success or failure depends entirely on their own effort and leadership ability.
One would think that a community with no leader, admin, or censor would fall into anarchy. But we have been growing steadily and have all kept a strong bond for the last nine months.
I was wondering if anyone else is involved in a community/clan/gang like this?

But good job Nastie...now if the rest of your |TOP| brethren can do the same.... You all need to start over and have a better image than the one you had.
Imdead you missed something there.....I am still cocky and find it the most fun to piss off other players, especially if they take themselves too seriously. I still travel around with the same wolf pack and we still raid servers and take them completely over until they clear out then move on to the next.imdead wrote:

My not caring about stats will actually make me worse.
Not caring about resets will allow me to:
Stat Pad for fun and record it for my favorite website...www.statspadder.com for posterity.
Kidnap useless nubs that take themselves too seriously and ruin their stats "forever" in their mind.
Laugh at anyone who thinks that threatening me with a reset will disuade me from my terrorist activities.
See....a recent experience has taught me that this BF2 world is no different than any other gaming world. There are cheaters everywhere and surprisingly enough a large number of them are "volunteer admins" for groups like BF2ranked servers or considered upstanding members of communities like this one.
All the while EA's focus on curbing "statspadding"...what they consider a threat to the integrity of the game and their way of combating it.....by employing volunteer novices (and not EA employees) to police other players whilst ignoring the primary threat ...............HACKING............. sickened me to the point that I immediately put my account up for sale and want nothing to do with stats ever again.
PS imdead I would also like to take the time to make fun of your "community" Team America....lamers...you SUCK. lol. Same BUTLER...see?
But, 1927, you are a shit player.....thats why he told you that. I'd like to meet this snake guy. Sounds like my kind of player. Driven to win, play hard, and recognizes a nub when he sees one.1927 wrote:
The most annoying player I came across was Nastie_Butler, not due to the cheating issue but due to the "hard" way he and his mates played. You come across this bunch and you will be in trouble, but not as much trouble as they found themselves in. Other than that there was a fella known as Snake2005 who would join myself and mates and contiune to take over the squad, "lets go here and lets go there" and then critisising others with "your pretty shit really".
A few people have annoyed me on this website but if you click the "x" at the very top right, the prolem seems to be left here and dosen't stay with you for the rest of the day.
PS.....I dont cheat...look my guid up and you will see I am clean.
PSS...trouble?....you mean stats wiped for kidnapping nubs like you? The same players that owned you are still playing every night...stats or no stats....new accounts or old accounts. They mean nothing. We have grown into a strong community that is now notorious and you are still a lone nublet.
People need to understand that if you disregard your stats, especially for those who feel that their in-game name is their identity, you will enjoy the game much more.
Most of the threats I see on forums and in game involve getting the other guys stats wiped. If you don't play the game for stats you will find that no one can hold anything against you.
When my old account was wiped I actually gained interest in the game. I found it fun to play again since you get more frequent occurances of medals with the lil' drum roll.
After reaching Colonel I started to lose interest again.
So I am selling my account.
I started a new one and I actually find it more fun.
My advice to you. Forget the stats and play the game. I met a great group of guys while playing this game and I treasure the teamwork and fun we have over any digits or pretty pics of medals that don't exist or impact gameplay for that matter.
BUTLER...soon to be well...a different BUTLER.

Just wanted to get the community opinion on how a clan should be run.
...should it be set on a hierarchy?
...should it be structured as a closed or open community?
...what management measures should it have?
...what qualifications?
...what should its goal be?

So let me get this straight. A bunch of nubs that dont work with a team and get their asses kicked or have the social ability in-game to get with a group of regulars to get thier back proudly displaying that trait in a tag?
Just as bad as a Bf2S tag.
I bet your VOIP is turned off. nublet.

Rommel and I are getting our "chopper on" lately and those small 32 player servers seem like just the place to create and settle some lasting rivalries. It gets especially intense when you are up against another good chopper team that fights back with action instead of words.=[4th]=SlayThem wrote:

What these idiots don't get is that the more they write the more we laugh. The only reason why I post anymore is to stir up the nubs nest of hornets and watch them fly around angrily.
Breadman...your only favorite victim is another HHx guy. Sit down nub.
See? This is your attitude and why you are banned. You cannot tk for the chopper or any vehicle. This shit goes on and on. I am beginning to think we were the only wake server that tried to enforce the rules. I had to spend half my time babysitting the pads from the countless nubs jumping around and violating eachother.[n00b]Tyler wrote:

Angel would never jet block. You tked him for the plane and were dealt with appropriately.
As an admin all that I have witnessed was tking and blocking of all sorts including and especially from NOOB TYLER. I have witnessed him constantly run over waiting players with jeeps and block with the chopper. He was warned, then banned, forgiven, then promptly banned again for his actions.
Chiller Killer....you were using your M95 to shoot people out of planes just like the numerous other regulars there.
As of now we are switching to only SF maps.

I still feel like writing and haven't got the desired negative karma so here goes another funny and useful guide that plays on the idiocy that fills the ranks of BF2. What is smurf-herding?
Well in light of the fact that 99% of the large public servers you go to are full of nubs imagine all of your team mates as a herd of (sheep, llamas, buffalo, rabbits) smurfs. They wander around aimlessly in voiceless obliviousness saundering to various morsels to chew on as they come up. Those morsels usually being smurfs on the opposite side.
As a smurf-herder imagine yourself as their shepherd who must guide these mindless creatures on the way to victory. You essentially get them to play as a team against their very will be it as weak as it is.
CLASSIC SMURF SQUADING UP
Most smurfs are solitary creatures who don't think about forming squads or for the most part joining them to take advantage of their benefits. This is especially evident in team-swapping servers that reset the squads at the beginning of every round. You will see that at the end of a round naught but two or three squads will exist. It is your job, smurf-herder, to show them and it goes like this.
To create a squad environment and virtually force them to work together do this little trick....Create a squad and invite the bottom five smurfs. When they start to fill up the squad quit and create another squad and invite the next five from the bottom. Rinse, wash, repeat. It takes only a moment and you will have created three, four, maybe five of them before you run through the list. Now you have a large selection of smurf spawn-points and possibly even some accidental teamwork.
SOLO SMURF HERDING
So you notice a solitary smurf has somehow lucked into a key position at the right time.....but ALAS...he is alone (and a smurf) and still truly useless. Make him useful by turning him into a spawn point. Make a squad and invite only him into it by highlighting his little blue dot and then clicking on the highlighted name on your recruit list. When {or if} he joins quit and rejoin to make him a squad leader. There...you just made an idiot into a strategic genious that not only got in proper position but also had the thought to enable his team to reinforce him. Good job smur....er... I mean shepherd.
COMMANDER....SMURF RUSTLER
POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT
Commanding an army of uselss voiceless mindless fps nubs can be frustrating but if you smurf-herd it can be an exciting exercise in psycology.
If one of your smurf-tanks is lagging behind and being meek and you want him to move up just leave a crate in front of him to make him move to it. You must do this were he can see it and not expect him to use the HUD, remember....he's a smurf. You can drop crates like a trail of breadcrumbs.
If a reasonably good player has taken the initiative in Karkand to avoid the gauntlet that is the Hotel and begin to approach the rear bases reward him with a UAV. Let the other smurflings know that you have done this because he is a good player and you are here to back your good players and like Pavlov says they will respond in time.
NEGATIVE REINFORCEMENT
I usually coach my team not to throw themselves headlong on Karkand into the Hotel. When I find that the majority are doing this I continue to artie the center of the Hotel effectively breaking up their party. More importantly let them know that you are doing this on purpose. A light-hearted message to your herd like "everyone find a cp other than the HOTEL to attack. I am going to constantly artie that area and whoever is in it be it you or the enemy. FIND ANOTHER BASE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET ARTIED"
Even the lowest of the low, the VOIPless, nubs will get the picture after a while.
Disclaimer: I know that the new patch will nix some of these tactics but am posting them anyways because I currently use them. Anyone who points this out in a following post is a blowhard....anyone who doesn't post this cause they read this disclaimer is either very bored or high for reading my useless guide to this point.

Ok I think the best thing you can do if you are pubbing out there alone is to know who the morons are so you can avoid them. This will actually help your stats and I'm sure most of the people reading this are very interested in this:
VOIP? VOIP? CAN YOU HEAR ME I AM SAYING VOIP!!!!!!!
If you join a full squad and ask a question and all you get in response is the sound of your own voice then you are in a squad full of idiots. Those without mics need to go to radio shack with ten bucks and get a mic. Those without VOIP turned on are REAL MORONS and they only serve one purpose...to move a video game character around so that you can shoot at it. I won't waste time explaining why cause I can't think of anything funny to say about it.
COMMANDERATOR
If you are in a large game 32 players or above at the beginning of a round and the commander is in the front lines fighting he is a moron. Join the other team and get your precious win for gods sake. The mic rule applies for the commander as well.
HEY IM A PILOT NOW!!!
So you have been lucky enough to get the gunner's seat and you and your (private first class) pilot are ready to go. If the first thing that he does is charge headlong at a tank, or worse, at infantry with all eight rockets get the hell out of the chopper as soon as possible. Again...mic rule.
HEY IM A GUNNER NOW!!!
So you got partnered up with your buddy again. Well maybe he's an ace gunner so let's see. You face a chopper 250 meters and he unloads the main gun on it...now you know. yadda yadda mic.
I'M GOIN SOLO
If you are in a map with far off and difficult bases to get to like the carrier in Dalian or either base set in Iron Gator and there is one lone guy in a key area that doesn't start a squad to be reinforced then he's a solo smurf. Let him be.
HEY IM IN A SQUAD!!
If you are running with a squad and some smurf joins it not to spawn on you or to talk to you or to work with you and he is on the other side of the map then ....well you know.
REINFORCEMENTS!!
Anyone who uses the reinforcements command on the communication menu is a moron. No ones going to respond to it and never has in the history of the game. Its like a bird chirping while a cats stalking it. He just wants to yell out so the enemy can find him and put him out of his misery.
FOREIGN LANGUAGES CONFUSE ME
Anyone who has his language setting to "all english" or whatever so the characters on both sides sound alike is a dummy and probably racist. j/k you dummies.
BEEP BEEP
If you are in a tank column along a narrow road and the tank behind you continues to stay there instead of beside you he needs driving lessons...and a brain.
I'M LINING THEM UP FOR YOU TRUSTY MEC TRANSPORT CHOPPER GUNNER
Hey if I hover here real close to the ground real slow I'm sure my MEC transport chopper can take out that AA gun pointed at us.
I'M LANDING HERE NICE AND SLOW SO YOU CAN MAKE A SAFE DEPARTURE
Any transport chopper pilot that moves to a slow even decent on a hostile cp and actually lands it is doing several things....letting the enemy know a chopper has landed there...lining it up for any ground unit watching this pitiful display....giving to whatever enemy in that base wants it.
To sum it up those that have played with me from these forums and I have talked to are for the most part good players. For the rest of you give me the neg karma and stop reading the forums and play the damn game. Idiots.

Idiots.
I was wondering when some smurf would start a thread about me.
Hey I never said I would quit the game when I was reset. Stats are secondary for me....just something fun to look at every once in a while. I like to go for medals etc instead of pay attention to stats. I never really sit around and look at OTHERS stats...Id rather use that time playing.
IF I ever said I'd stop doing something it would be to post responses in this or any bf2 forum as it is always the same bullshit over and over again. I now just use them if a good idea is posted or one of my gang draws my attention to something like this dumb lil' number. And the only reason I am responding is to have a little fun with the smurfs and hopefully get some neg karma. Oh, that reminds me, I still think most of you are morons.
Short answer is I play for the most part with many friends and we all work as a team and are skilled in various ways. It is very very easy to win games this way. If I play alone I can immediately see who is the weaker team by the actions they take.....are squads being used? what is the commander doing? are there 5-10 smurfs jumping up and down on the chopper pad when the chopper is already in the air? If I notice that I am surrounded by idiots then I will switch to the "idiot-lite" team when given a chance. Hey, I'd rather have a commander that knows what he is doing and uses a mic wouldn't you?
Now the fun part.
Listen lil nublet....come sit on daddy butler's knee and I will tell you a story.
There once was a soldier named butler. He started playing bf2 and was a nub. After a while he discovered the magical powers of the blackhawk. Many smurfs didnt see its full potential as it takes a solid squad of six players to work tightly as a team to truly own with this magical beast.
So the nublet soldier butler set out on a quest to assemble a crew of other intelligent and aware soldiers who also saw the power of the hawk. Now, this was no easy task as this world was BF2 and as we all know its full of idiots, most of which spend more time on the forums complaining then learning to play better. But after a while this small crew grew into a vast army of intelligent players. This army evolved and stretched to all aspects of the game beyond the mighty blackhawk and when it was nerfed they simply moved on to better things.
When his stats were wiped for having excessive round scores from the mighty hawk he laughed. This solier butler was no longer a nublet by this time but a mighty warrior. With his new computer, acquired skills, and army of other skilled warriors he knew that all evidence of his former nubiness will have been washed away forever leaving only the pure stats reflecting his new form. He new that this would soon come to the attention of the masses of whining smurfs who would pick over every detail and write about it. It gave him a warm feeling in his loins to think of the idiocy that he would see in the coming months.
The negative chopper ratio he had from being a blackhawk pilot was gone....replaced by the stunning accounts of a battlehardened attack chopper gunner. The pitiful ground pounding stats that he once had from having a shitty computer were gone as well. He knew that the nub's statements of "he only owns in vehicles since his assault weapon ratio blows" would be gone but ALAS he forgot...they are idiots. They would just assume that was the case without looking and seeing that he owns and has a positive ratio in every vehicle, with every ground weapon (except for sniper but they suck any way), and would rarely lose games since he would go to war with his trusty army at his side.
How will the story end? WHO CARES.

I AM REPOSTING THIS TO SEE WHAT YOU ALL THINK OF IT KARMA-WISE.
So what is a smurf? Well, they are little mindless blue creatures that hop around singing songs and feeling happy.
Where can you find them? ....In any public BF2 game!!
-Just look at your minimap. That sea of blue dots on your screen is comprised mostly of smurfs.
-Smurfs are silent secretive creatures. You won't hear a peep out of them. They don't have mics and usually have voip turned off because the human voice scares them. Besides, how can you enjoy a game when you've got some person yelling in your ear about stupid stuff like "watch out, incoming armor" or "they are taking the main base let's get there quick"
-The legend is that smurfs are hard to find. They hide in their lil' mushroom villages far away from human eyes. Now this is wrong. They are very numerous and easy to find if you know where to look.
In Karkand as MEC you will find all the smurfs south of the hotel in spawn camping and artillery country. They just love to look up at the sky (while critically wounded) and find animal shapes in the clouds. You will never find them defending important strategic locations that must be held to win the game like the bridge or the suburbs. Such things as winning and teamplay are of no concern to smurfs.
In Karkand as USMC believe it or not you will find them in the same damn place having it out with the other smurfs and dancing amongst the pretty "fireworks" together which throws them all up in the air in gleeful smurfitude. You won't find them deep in enemy territory going for the most important locations. They must really like that hotel.
In large maps like Zatar you will find them picking flowers and chasing butterflies all alone in the sunny hills (remember, these are lil' blue smurfs) usually as a sniper. Smurfs love the sound of sniper rounds boucing off of armor that passes them by and takes their bases.
In Wake as PLA you will find them on the western tips of both peninsulas even as bases behind them are taken. Good job smurf!...the peninsulas are secure...but why is no one coming from the artie island anymore?...must be because they are spawning at the base behind you. Smurfs see no need to stay at "boring" bases like the north village or beach. Besides, what USMC in their right mind would try to take them? Certainly not a USMC smurf...they are gleefully hopping around in on their big fancy boat waiting for vehicles to magically appear. Have no fear lil' smurf....papa smurfs of smurftastic servers will protect u with "no base raping rules" so you can dance the day away on your boat without flying machines and fireworks smurfing you up. If not then you get to do what smurfs do best...not making smurfberry wine....no....more like whining. Quick as a bunny start typing away complaining to the "meanie greenies" that are smurfing you with their flying machines. It's not like you have anyone to talk to anyway so you might as well type. Go ahead...type away...your magical smurf words will soon scare the meanies away.
As a matter of fact you will find them all, both sides, in any map going head-on at eachother instead of around to the lightly defended areas behind the lines.
Once in a while a smurf will gain the magical abilities and become "commander smurf". You can easily tell when you have a commander smurf. You first will notice that you are losing. Then when you look at the map you will notice commander smurf valiantly fighting in the front lines usually in a tank that they have protected with their new-found powers...it will be surrounded by crates and covered by a UAV at all times. Don't try to speak to this smurf on the mic. It will be of no use since they have no voip or have u muted anyway. If they don't then they probably don't know where the commander speak button is or if it even exists.
Smurfs are comical creatures...they love to play games and joke around. A smurf will entertain you sometimes by jumping in the pilot's seat of a transport chopper and taking you for a slow moving scenic tour of the little known or little visited sections of the map. They will sometimes just crash the thing shortly after takeoff and humor you with a little "tee hee....I can't fly".
If you are ever in a smurfs house and see their keyboard you can tell right away. The PG-UP button is removed and the PG-DWN button is taped down.
There are ways to chase a smurf away. Just invite them into a squad or try to talk strategy with them. This bores them. If you are commander you can annoy a smurf by consistantly spotting enemy forces in key areas that are out of range of the UAV until they are dealt with...nothing smurfs them off more..remember smurfs HATE communication as it interferes with the lovely sounds of birds chirping and dogs barking that the game features.
Please feel sorry for these lil' blue guys. They have disabilities you know. They are sight-impaired. The area to the upper right of the screen called the "minimap" is all fuzzy so they just dont use it. They are hard of hearing as well...in game communictions like "gimme a ride" or "enemy spotted" will fall on deaf ears. It's not their fault...its smurf genetics.
You may be asking "what are meanie greenies". Well, they and not Gargamel, are a smurf's worst enemy. They are green and they talk with eachother and go to areas that make smurfs uncomfortable like important bases and defensive locations that restrict smurf movement. They win games consistantly and by wide margins. They appear almost out of thin air in large numbers as if one of them informed the others that they can join his squad and "spawn" on him to reinforce his position..then they aggressively take the location, post a greenie on defense, and move onto the next. When you take out the "head meanie greenie" he gives up his leader status and another greenie on the squad takes his place and they continue to spawn.
Greenies confuse and scare smurfs. They make the game less like counter stike. So the smurfs do what they do best.....no...not the wine.....yes thats it...THE WHINE. They cast their magical words to all the forums and sites that will listen to them and support eachother. They complain that vehicles weren't meant to do this or that and squad spawning is not meant to do this and players weren't meant to score that high. They say that its unfair for a group of meanies that play together all the time should smurf the smurf out of them.
If you listen very carefully you can hear them now...
La la la la la la its unfair. La la la la la la you have a plane hack. La la la la la la no base raping. La la la la la la you're a stat padder. It's a timeless childrens' song. Record it and play it for your kids instead of Barney. It will keep them amused for hours and probably lull them into a smurfy sleep.

Snipers are tards and so is Todd for making this ridiculous post. Listen to your commander or leave lil smurf.

Elixer or whatever still has more to learn.
The "boring" sitting in one area is called guarding a choke point. When your team is on defense as MEC is in Kubra then you will find the TRUE team players holding positions to deny the enemy access to their bases such as the pass under the main bridge I sat at. If a MEC team holds just three ground access points in that map AND keeps air transport down the US will never take a base in that map. Another example is you wont find any of us on MEC at the Hotel in Karkand...we will be in the rear defending the most important points that I am sure you would think of as "boring".
As for my armor usage....sitting in that spot as infantry, which you did, will only get you sniped and rolled over by tanks, as you were. You would have been more use as an engineer in an APC or tank at my side but you chose resupply in the turret. You were nothing but a distraction for me and fodder for the enemy AND I dont like people who bad mouth me to follow me around so I asked you to leave.
Yeah, dont destroy empty enemy vehicles....camp them or leave them alone. I call it "asset deniability" and it works in ways the nubs dont yet understand. I am sure they would be complaining about it if they did.
In regards to our play style...our success lies in our playing as a team and not our individual performance. Those that only see that we "play like any other player" and dont see the difference dont understand what we are doing AS A TEAM.

LOL....have you seen my stats recently. The more pure unfiltered butler stats (without the BH stats) has a ratio of 2.55....yours is .83. All my kits are positive ratios which I cant say for you. And most importantly ALL of my "ground pounding" kit equipment ratios are positive and average at 2 which means ....i kill more than I die when I am on the ground 2 to 1.E7IX3R wrote:
As far I can see, they're still pricks, nastie is still shit, cant fight on ground for shit and most of the others are just TK'ers.
Your kit equipment ratio is .75 which means if we met on the ground chances are I would own you three to four times before you got me.
Proof... http://bf2s.com/player/NASTIE_BUTLER/
Expert knife.....then expert explosives. I must hack.
Since I got wiped I played only with BSF and never alone....I have a win loss ratio of 16/1. We don't hack...just dominate.
I was either reset because of using the sub jeep to cross the atoll on Wake which I thought was legal or switching sides to stay with my squad. We have a higher than average win loss ratio when we play together.
Either way I think EA's action in this regard is a little too extreme.
Indian's reference to making the game fair for ALL SKILL levels makes me nervous because it has been said to me by BF2RS that a group of highly skilled players playing on the same side especially if they are affiliated is unfair. That using squad swapping tactics is unfair. Repairing a BH while in flight is unfair.
That said I believe if I keep on playing with BSF and keep our average win ratio of 20/1 I will get reset again.
Having stats reset doesnt bother us because it doesnt interfere with play. You get the unlocks you want quickly. You have better stats because it wont include the times when you were new to the game.

For those of you who think I can only score on the ground check out my NEW stats and let me know what you think...
I played on SF multimaps and was primarily ground pounding.
I played on SF multimaps and was primarily ground pounding.
I got 566 on Kubra before they nerfed the BH. Kubra and Shangua were are the best maps for a BH contrary to popular belief that Mashturr is. I could creep around the hills of Kubra and the fog in Shangua. I had a set pattern of flag takes in Kubra that was perfection....example you could swoop down into the tunnel and take the dam in an instant and carry on. Lots of turnover. Plus lots of helpless armor that falls to my chopper bomber trick.
Before the patch I would average 200 points a round as noted in my stats.
If EA thinks thats bad there is nothing I could do about that. If I did get them wiped then I hope people notice my combat scores are par with most good players since I wont have the effects of being a full time BH pilot in the early days messing them up.
Already got more shock paddle kills than deaths!

I think Veng's stats are bugged....at least thats what I heard. It looks like mine are wiped too.
Granted there is probably a lot of focus on BSF since, all recent events aside, we would have four players in the top ten. Vengence, Nobody, Fisker, and Butler. Yes many of us play the game alot and this is the result...another result is increased experience with all aspects of the game.
Regarding cockiness please understand that when we play together we come under alot of fire. As a natural reaction some BSF players respond to in-game flames and it comes out looking like cockiness.
We tend to dominate servers more so than other clans when they play together. I think this as a result of our teamwork and not simply individual skill. I have witnessed how other clans play together and communicate with eachother through TS and there is a noticable difference between them and BSF.
We will be playing in a ladder soon so I am sure the whole community can judge us by our results in that forum regardless of stats.

I hereby promise to anyone who visits the server that I will lay prone with my back to them so they can shock paddle me...and take screen shots for their collection.
You are right....I shouldn't have even answered this thread. People form their own opinions and stick to them no matter what the circumstances.
I have to put up with people such as those on that screen shot in-game I should stop going on forums for more punishment.
We have enough ragers and stalkers as it is and these mislead posts tend to create more. I am done with this thread. If you want to play us you know where to find us.

There is more than one Nastie Butler imposter btw. Comfort and Del Boy show us the pics then. I want to see these pics.
Christ this is getting worse....look up [BSF] on the BFHQ and you will find a ton of fake accounts that griefers use to smear me as in your screen shot. My mistake for not creating that account to cover myself but I feel that even if I did another more creative version would appear.comfort wrote:

Screw Karkand/Sharqi/Mashturr...if you like to ground pound and dont want airpower to interrupt your fun then spend some time on SF dudes. Its almost all hand to hand.
There....I said it.

Regarding my shock paddles I began a lil project to increase my shock paddle kills just for fun and I found the perfect map for knife/paddle kills along with the perfect combination. I get an average of fifteen shock paddle kills and frequently enough to score expert knife if I used my knife instead.hutchy52 wrote:
So your trying to say this guy only uses his paddles for kills, yet obviously that is incorrect, he has revived some 4700 people. Do others not shoot at him while he has shock paddles out because he has asked them politely on VOIP?MB.nZ wrote:
Edit: If you think about it, every1 just used Paddles for revives, that's why you often died with it for no reason. If you think about somebody, who uses Paddles only for kills, he won't die with it that often, as somebody who use the paddles normally, for teampoints only. And mind it lasts only 2 seconds for a paddle kill, and another 1 to switch to another weapon.
Your obviously biased since you are in his clan, so whatever is said you will defend him. But for me to believe a player as average as him has that many shock paddle kills not likley.
The map - Night Flight. On a side note I do very well in night maps.....I love em.
The Tactic - Undisclosed as it is Butler's lil secret for now.
Is it possible for someone who is not BSF that is reading this to post and mention their experiences with me in Night Flight? Maybe someone from AGE or ESU or another clan that hosts large multimap SF?
On a side note I think that SF should be more popular than it is as it has all the ingredients that players who only play Kark/Sharqi/Mashturr are looking for. The expansion is a ground pounder's dream. Anyone observant enough who questions my ability as a foot soldier should notice that I hold my own in that expansion rather well.
For some reason I have a shitty k/d with subs and I think it might have to do with BHing but i was never sure. It is an anomoly as it doesn't match with my other ratios.AmBiTiOnZ23 wrote:
This may be random, but look at NASTIE_BUTLER's K/D ratio with Light Machine Guns...
