no cause shes piss easy to get with anyway so
Im in a 9/13 heroic guild (heroic chogall @9%) and we only raid 9 hours a week, most of the people in my guild are pretty cool. But maybe im weird for wanting to play with people who are just as good at the game that i am.Finray wrote:
If I'm honest my guild are a bit sup-par, maybe not the best players but they're a great lot of guys. I'd much rather have fun with people I'd consider e-friends than down 12/12 HM with a bunch of people with no personality.
Theres no way a rogue should be beating a hunter, or a lock on that fight Finray.. tbh the people you play with seem really really bad hell you got a druid in there doin 9k dps..... You could do more damage at level 80
The way the game works now you can very easily tell people who know how to play and the people who have no fucking clue what the hell they are doing. Almost every class's *rotation* is a priority based rotation based off of proc's. (which is why they put power aura's right in the game) If you know how your class works your going to do so much more damage than the person next to you in the same exact gear but has no idea about the inner workings of their class's mechanics.
why you gotta be all hatin on the paladin?
And my spriest> your guiz toons...... 9713 gs watup
And my spriest> your guiz toons...... 9713 gs watup
Dude your so wrong... PVE today a hell of alot more difficult than it ever was during vanilla.. You list like the 3 fights in vanilla that had mechanics other than tank the boss here and everyone dps it. Heroic content today is very unforgiving one person ignoring a mechanic will easily get them killed if not wipe your entire group. And with the way dps scales now, and how the encounters are tuned it is very unlikely that you will succeed if you lose 3-5 people at the start of an encounter because someone was retarded and ignored a mechanic. 5 dps doing 20k dps each x7 min encounter = 42 million damage=Uzique. i pvp'd and then switched over to pve. but i'd still say both were of a higher calibre than any shit now
You obviously have no fucking clue what the game is like now if you think that vanilla PVE was harder than what it is today. The mechanics for the vanilla encounters are very simple compared to what they are today. The only hard thing then was finding 40 people who weren't retarded. While now you have to find 25 people who arent retarded and also deal with a shit ton more mechanics. Heroic Omnotron defense system for instance the first boss in one of the raids and he is no pushover. This is the very first raid teir of this expansion and arguably some of the most difficult content that blizzard has released (except maybe sunwell that place was hard as fuck). And definitly more complex than any vanilla raid boss.
And vanilla pvp was so skilled cause rolling pug groups in your premade bg team was hard..rofl the only thing hard about the vanilla pvp system was playing the game 12 hours a day to grind kill's to keep your top pvp rank
Cthun in vanilla
Heroic Omnotron Defense System in Cataclysm
You played the game during vanilla PVE at that point in time was very easy and rudimentary compared to what the content is like today. And you played a rogue which are just retarded 2 button easy mode where the only thing you have to watch is to make sure slice n dice is up. Hell most of the time your waiting on energy to use your global's a keyboard turning clicker noob can play a rogue to its max effectiveness in a pve situation.Uzique wrote:
did all the game's hardest content and top level pvp on stock ui
bling ui mods are fucking stupid and i don't see the point in a bunch of ui mods that make an already easy game way easier
For instance my main is a shadowpriest im fairly good at playing one but there's so much shit to watch that you pretty much need addon's to watch proc's, dot timers and such to do maximum damage. With a stock ui I would struggle because there isn't enough information provided to play at your maximum potential. The game right out of the box dose not really tell you when your proc's are about to fall off and does not track your dots on mutiple targets. You need addons to effectively provide you with the necessary information and the stock ui really doesnt do that.
Finray you raid with noobs... some of those people damage is just terrible..... definitly saw more damage coming out of people at level 80 than some of the people in your raid.
PVE and PVP progression is still very much alive in the game.
You got heroic mode raids for the 5% people who want to play for a challenge. And for the rest of the morons who play the game they get to run 5 man dungeons and kill the first 3 boss's in 10 man trade chat pick up groups.
The "hardcores" get to see all the content while your general run of the mill noob fails at even the simplest mechanics.
The same can be said about PVP.
Your general noob plays 12 games in 2v2 arena to get their 5 wins with different teammates every week and never gets about 1400 rating. By the end of the arena season they are half decked out in the top pvp gear yet they probably have no idea how to play their character correctly.
While the people at the top of the pvp food chain have probably been playing the game for years. Know the inside and out of not only their class but pretty much how every class in the game works and by the end of the pvp season are decked out in all the best pvp gear. And with that you can easily 1v2 people in absolute terrible gear.
During Wotlk I 1v3'd a bunch of bad kids as a disc priest (healer) in not even the best pvp gear in the game. Sure it took me 8 mins to kill the three of them, but they couldnt do enough damage to kill me and weren't co-ordinated enough to interrupt my heals.

To get the best PVP gear in the game you need 2200+ arena/rated bg rating.... scrubs dont get that high
To get the best PVE gear in the game you have too kill Heroic 10/25 man content... bads cant kill that shit
Your argument is severely flawed.

Everyone who says that vanilla was better lists those couple things as the whole reasoning behind it.
I could sit here and list off at least 50 reasons why the current state of the game is better than vanilla. While vanilla fan bois have 2 arguments 40 man raids and 60 hour a week pvp grinds.
and what i wrote is completely true... gg being a rank 14 basement dweller during vanilla

Uzique is one of those people who thought that vanilla was the best time in the game... when really vanilla was absolutely fucking aweful
zomg orignal naxx was sooo hard.... ya it was hard because the game was half fucking broken half the class's/spec were completely useless and itemization was completely horrid and have fun finding 39 other like minded people to raid with.
rank 14 pvp people were pro!.... those guys literally had to play 60 hours a week too even keep that rank seems more like a job than a game to me
And for that movie i dont even think you know what your looking at!... Theres no way you could have watched a video like that 3 years ago let alone 3 months ago. And you still dont know what im talking about. Ya that video is definitly stupid noob shit maybe if you took a second look you would see that Swifty is in fact one of those warrior's that rogue owned, and he was a rank 14 vanilla pvp'er.
My guess is you have actually never done any hard content in WoW. GG being a random scrub who complains that the game was much better back in vanilla when it was really terrible compared to the state that the game is now.

I started playing this game back during TBC and only hit 70 at around the start of Arena season #3. I was sorta a scrub back than only ever doing like karazhan and ZA. But with the gear reset of wotlk i found myself into a raiding guild a some pretty cool people who happened to be half decent at playing WoW.
Ive been in the same guild for all of WOTLK and we are currently 11/12 heroic Icc 25(Sindragosa 20% buff and heroic PP 25%) with our best attempt at heroic LK was at around 50%. The game is not a huge time commitment and i like that. We only raid 9 hours a week and we are not some super hardcore guild that cares about being the best but at least i get to see all of the content.
I couldnt imagine playing WoW during Vanilla.. I hear many many players comment on how vanilla wow was so much harder and that it was much more "Epic" feeling. Farming mobs in EPL for 2 months to save the 1000g to buy epic ground mount doesnt sound like fun to me.
But i think that the game now is WAY too casual friendly you can literally go from fresh level 80, 2 days later 5000gs (lol gs), maybe 2-3 weeks after that you can have some rocking gear from farming the first 6 boss in ICC pugs every week.

I play WoW too, I have a level 80 undead holy priest and a 75 undead rogue. The game is pretty fun but the only reason i play it is because i have a bunch of friends who i went too high school with that play. And theres no other really good game for pc that has really caught my interest.
ya i knew all of this... i just think its kinda funny how they all leveled and cleared nax so quickUzique wrote:

1) TwenthFifthNovember (a code name for the date the guild's identity will be revealed) is a combination of <Nihilum> and <SK Gaming>. That's two of the world's top MMO guilds combined; two professional full-time guilds of sponsored players that have been playing WoW basically as a paid-job for the last 2 years of their life.
2) Said people thus entered the new expansion content in the best gear possible, fully enchanted/socketed Sunwell gear, so it's safe to say that with the gear-scaling and difficulty-curve- their gear bought them a big advantage and a lot of ease and convenience in Northrend.
3) The 'entry level' instances and raid-content in WotLK at this moment (i.e. initial release) is mainly based around the reintroduction of Naxxramas. Both Nihilum and SK Gaming were some of the most successful and well-known Naxxramas guilds... they literally cleared the exact same instance with the exact same bosses and exact same strategy. Easy peasy for them.
By the way, before anyone whines about a 'lack of imagination', Naxxramas was reintroduced because it is widely regarded as Blizzard's best-designed dungeon, only the first incarnation of the instance was far too difficult for 99.99% of people-- only the hardest raiders ever even got to enter the instance.
So really it's not all that surprising. Yes they no life. Yes it is rather sad. But then, its them that will be sat around the cities idling, being able to do nothing for the first 2-3 months whilst everyone else catches up. Sucks for them.

On the hardest difficulty the game is pretty fucking fun when you got 4 people on vent playing together
nades are fucking cheap as hell in all games
i still use em though
i still use em though
WoW - Wrath OF the Lich King will probably sell more copies this Christmas season than every other PC title combined. I don't really care what other people think but the game is fun. If you have not played WoW at max level with decent gear than your opinion meens nothing too me cause you have no fucking clue what your talking about when you bash it.
Battlerecorder videos ftl.... yet this was well done even though it looks too me that all/most of it was staged
fucking awesome
alot of it is just cheap kills, clips of just one kill and noob tubing.
The only part i thought was actually good is when you almost capped the flag and killed like 8 in a row or something.. but they were all terrible
And battlerecorder movies suck IMO

Anyways, I had the exact same problem, and disconnecting/reconnecting the GPU fan worked for some reason

PC Specs:
Intel C2D E6320 oc'd too 2.66 ghz
2 gigs of Kingston ram running in duel channel at 800 mhz
2x 320 western digital harddrives
p5n32-e sli plus mobo
7600gt pcie video card
Vista 32bit
So about 3 weeks ago I noticed my video card fan was making some funky ass noises. I thought it was just regular dust build up so I did some spring cleaning on my pc and took a can of condensed air and thoroughly cleaned out the case. But the abnormal noise from my gpu fan was still happening so i took out the card and blew it out. Problem solved no more crazy noises.
Now about a week ago any game I have been playing started too get some pretty bad artifacts so i took out my graphics card once again but this time i cleaned off all the old thermal paste and re-applied some arctic silver and things were working fine once again. Now this morning i wake up go too boot up my pc and all i see on my screen is a bunch of colors and crazy lines so i thought maybe i fucked up the thermal paste so i took the card out cleaned it off and applied thermal paste once again. Now my pc booted without seeing a bunch of crazy shit. Download newest video card drivers and restart my pc.
So i start up WoW too go farm some honor on my 68 rogue because S4 starts in 2 weeks and there is no point leveling too 70 ATM (oh noes WoW). So I am chilling in Org talking too Marlboroman and some of my friends I went too high school with and I am getting some ridiculous artifacting and my fps is going from 100fps too 5fps. Check my gpu temp and its at 92 degrees celcius! So i close the game down go into nVidia control panel, underclock my card and force the fan too run at 105% speed open up my case and turn all my case fans too run on high. I load the game back up and im getting about 90 degrees after about 5-10 mins and then bam my pc BSOD.
So ya im pretty sure my video card is fucking toast

I would say that almost all of the "hax" shots in the video are luck, and that they were just pot shots, that he maybe would actually hit around 10% of the time.
Don't knock his skills just because he's better than you.
Also, look at around the 3:15 mark. He misses a no-scope. If he were aimbotting that would have hit. THINK ABOUT IT. There are several instances of this throughout the video, people just seem to be too ignorant to notice.
