I like Trentemøller and Booka Shade quite a bit ... if you haven't checked them out you won't be disappointed.

I second that ... I own one of these and it rules - The design is really nice because you can unplug the cables from the PSU easily and allows you to have a very clean wiring config inside your box.

What a rip. A real logo design would cost hundreds of dollars in work. "Competitions" for design work are a scam. I know people mean well, but they're just not a good idea. You might as well not even be getting paid.
I'm not sure what you think was contradictory, but hopefully this will answer your question - In Iraq a 17-year girl gets stoned for dating a Sunni, somewhere else you might have a 17-year old stoning a hobo for being homeless ... is there really much difference?Deadmonkiefart wrote:
I do not mean to be confrontational, but *I think* you just contradicted yourself. What exactly are you trying to say?
It is sad, although it's history. I only bring it up because it's so easy to point the finger at someone else and forget those things. I love the US very much and know it's a great country to live in ... I just think people take it for granted sometimes and don't see the whole picture, that's all. I wish people weren't such crazy fucks either, but unfortunately the world is filled with them.Deadmonkiefart wrote:
A recent example may help. Besides, if somthing like this ever happend in the US we would be all over that too.Warlord wrote:
There are much more horrific things in comparison to a stoning that happen in the USA, trust me ... that was really the whole point.Deadmonkiefart wrote:
We are looking at current events. Not history. If we were talkling about history, we could bring up some seriously bad crap on any country. The reason why this is disturbing is that it happened so recently, and it makes us realise that this stuff still happens today.
Why do you keep bringing up the US anyway? I find it sad that everyone must remind everyone of America's past mistakes every chance they get.

I'm sure there has been a hate crime (i.e. a lynching) in the USA more recently than 80 years ago ... The slavery issue not so much, I only used it as an example because it seems to get downplayed when we look at similar situations in other countries today and think they are so fucked up.
And thanks Ty, Vilham for jumping in... I think anyone being racist here should be kicked. It amazes me that some of the same people saying middle eastern culture is barbaric, etc. are doing exactly what they claim to be opposed to, and that is hate.Vilham wrote:

Some aren't dead, although punishing anyone for something like that would be Un-American. I think they should have a 2 year trial that gets dragged out, give them a year of probation, and then give them a book deal worth a million bucks on how they achieved greatness.Deadmonkiefart wrote:
And how do you propose we punish the people(who are all long dead) guilty of these crimes?Warlord wrote:
I think hanging black people, lynching, slavery, etc. is equally horrific ... although I guess since it happened in the USA it isn't considered "barbaric" and nobody is accountable.TrollmeaT wrote:

You need version 1002 ... and yes, ASUS documentation is not so good... keep me posted.BeerzGod wrote:
I have whatever the default bios version is. 0602 I believe. I'm doing the Alt+F2.. it checks the correct file, then keeps popping up the same error... "file contains no boot signature." Starting to piss me off because it's doing the same thing with different versions of the bios aswell. I really dont think resetting the CMOS will do anything. This mobo is brand new and I just got everything installed on a new HD today, etc.

Try during the POST pressing Alt+F2 then going into the EZ Flash 2 in bios and try again. If you can't get it to work you might have to flash/download the latest bios to default settings and then reboot. Which bios version do you have?BeerzGod wrote:
As we all know, ASUS manuals suck and I have a bit of a problem that I can't figure out. Any help is much appreciated.
I'm trying to flash the BIOS for a P5N32-E SLI board via means of the EZ Flash 2 Utility. The BIOS version is the version right above my current one, and I have it saved on a 1GB USB flash stick. Now, when I enter the EZ flash menu, find the file, and attempt to load it I keep getting an error saying that the file doesn't contain a boot signature. I can't find anything that explains what that is or what the problem is. Many thanks.
Yeah... but unfortunately things didn't work out too well for the USSR. Monopolies will always exist regardless... The best solution is often passed up simply for monetary and political reasons alone.Bertster7 wrote:
Only in the context of Europe. In Europe it is perfectly feasible for most nations to have their own nuclear power facilities. Alternatively an EU pwoer commission where all countries pay a bit more into the EU and a group answering to the EU provide the power, thus avoiding any national monopoly - but creating a horrible amount of bureacracy.CameronPoe wrote:
Because that's like handing a lucrative monopoly to France. Nice but impractical.Bertster7 wrote:
Why not just have centralised power generation facilities in countries with nuclear energy already providing the power to other people? Surely a multinational electrical network would cost less than all the corrupt IAEA regulation and be a more effective means for keeping nuclear power out of the hands of less stable nations.
I'd have thought Russia stood to gain the most with a system like that.
