Thats part of my problem, learning to be a good pilot. I cant hit what i bomb and i cant never outrun a dogfight, even in a J10. Could it be because I fly with a keyboard and mouse? So yea, screw the line, if a jet is sitting there, ill take it. I used to not go for jets because everybody wanted it and i couldnt stay in the air because of above. im going to start being a bit more proactive.

I came to that conclusion after i seen 2 guys i cant lookup. In the commander i got 3 requests spread out across the map within a second. When you go to their forum to register, you cant enter or submit your security code when ur done regstering. The join form link was convienently removed. You cant make any contact. So they are hiding something.

hackers in bf2 at this point are pretty much completely a non issue.

If you are playing in the US I would say that One Option Gaming for 64 players and ATF for 32 are your best bets for fun rounds with full populations and admins on most of the time with the least rules.

True, i had a good time one of those servers. Their rules are reeking estrogen tho. Like lines for vehicles and no attacking uncaps. No C4 on flags. Really? + no karkand servers except for =E=, a bunch of hacks. I bet they use hacks for the same reason why they dont run vehicles in karkand. They dont want to get owned.



P.S. J 10 whoring on fushee pass was good shit the other night. And no, i didnt obey the vehicle line rule.

The big E clan server is a bunch a hacks like this guy in the last screenshot.. Go ahead. try to find him. I had 2 guys i couldnt find stats for. You cant register for their forums either, all the links are mysteriously missing from the pages.

Tonight the enemy scaled the crane and got on the roof at factory. That needed some trimming too. After I deployed my personal protection equipment i layed there for the rest of the round, got kills and nobody found me. That was good shit on an I/O server.


This was the first good one on the roof.




Then after that screenshot i just let them have it in the lot, around the fence and guard shack. It was a nice streak, didnt get to use any of my claymores tho. I'll take that.

I have been sampling new generation players lately. So many of them are missing a ton of badges. When i think about it, the server content isnt what it used to be. Pickens aint as easy as they were back in 06 07. For one my armor ratio is dropping below 3.0, which is bullshit. Alot of players have abandoned their accounts starting from 08 to as late as 2011.

Some of this is EA's fault, some ranks get hung up on Colonel when they've exceeded the score for 3 star general by 83000pts or more. Others just flat out dont recieve badges. (how do you log 5 hours on a kit getting over 100 kills and not recieving a basic badge for it?)

You know one map i havnt seen played lately is Shongua Stalemate.

Even if people are so up tight that they got to only have I/O servers now. The docks still need cleaned off.




One of these days when i start running a clan. I vow to put the testosterone back into karkand by running 64 man armor again. Special forces is non existant sadly. Ive never been able to see enough people on to get a ranked game going. Hopefully people will come around and play the older games to keep them going.

Only thing that really worked was the demo part of it. I took the train. Then after that it all turned to shit.

I havnt upgraded my desktop above xp pro yet and just got a laptop with windows 7 on it. i decided to download battlefield 3 off origin and check it out. Why in the hell do I have to launch the game from a web browser? sounds like its pretty resource consuming to me. I've never got the game to work yet, ill have to try again when decide to upgrade my desktop.


I also dislike the fact i got forced into using my origin screen name for my bf3 name. Seriously wtf has ea been thinking? It wouldnt suprise me if they make Bf4 to be like an overbalanced fish barrel like ps3 and xbox cod maps play.

hey guys, little update. ive discovered that i still have the same problem, it didnt fix anything. I took signa's advice and got them running on different channels. Also set the waps on static IP's instead of DHCP Client and still havnt fixed it yet. im stumped and its pissing me off, lol

no. because comcast got you to solve your own problem, that's a win for them. when i tried to install 2 separate cable modems to segregate phone and internet, the phone tech said i couldn't do it.

singa, i was wondering if that would do the trick but i went ahead and purchased two refurbished Netgear WG602NAR WAP's. I replaced the WAP54G's with these. Everything is now working perfect. I'll remember that if i decide to use the routers again.

Running the long wire out to the detatched garage has worked great. I got wireless coverage all over the back yard and in my man cave. Plus if i decided to have a LAN party, I can plug the WAP into my Linksys SRW224 24 port rackmount switch and really put a load on the network, lol.

Thank you all very much for taking the time to help me. If anyone may be interested in buying one of my wireless routers let me know, i'll sell them for 25 bucks a piece. One is missing an antenna but you can buy extras or upgrade to more powerful ones for longer range.


P.S. In the beginning comcast told me my problem was too complicated for their support. Aint that some shit?

The main router is an 8 port switch, non wireless. Each wireless router has its own dedicated line. Im thinking if i cant solve this issue ill either have to do away with a line and setup a bridge or just get some beefy antennas to cover my whole property and do away with a router. thanks for the help so far guys.

Thats odd its having an IP conflict when the wireless routers are setup for static IP.

Hi all, I'm stumped for an answer on what to do for this problem so im hoping someone here can help. Since I aquired an Android smartphone I've decided to setup WiFi at my house and detatched garage. I've ran a wire underground through a conduit out to my shop. When reconnect to either router or switch from one to the other router my hard wired router gets knocked offline. To fix i must unplug the power cord and plug back in.

My network layout diagram as fallows.




The two wireless routers i dont have an option to disable DHCP, i just have them set for static IP and I've setup Static routing using a seperate entry for each router in the dominant one. If you have any questions or need screenshots of the configuration please let me know. Im stumped on this problem. Things worked fine with one extra router but now the problem has came back with two on the network now.


Someone told me i can get just a plain access point? However I cant find one, routers are all i can find. Also switching over to all wireless isnt an option, I like my hard wired network.

For a learner, going down isnt a question of if, its a question of when. I almost died when I rode in a thunderstorm for the first time and at night. Since I had a long trip i rode out of the storm and wiped out on a wet road when an S bend caught me off guard. I ended up maintaing enough control to let the bike go where it wanted to instead winding up in oncoming traffic. Luckly i had a helmet on when i got dumped off in wet grass. Helmets are a must because when you get thrown down at 40/45mph there is nothing you can do to hold ur head up.

Riding is only as dangerous as you make it.

Devil's Perch is such an underplayed map. The map layout is stunning, fighting around and in the asylum is awesome. By the time I got into BF2 SF was already dying, and then the 1.5 patch effectively finished it off, apart from the really popular maps (which are all very good too).

Why not simply move the destroyed heli spawn to a secondary location? Besides which, the MEC usually ends up strafing that TV tower to death anyway.

that would work too, if it was 128 players you could run 2 heli pads at different bases. make one distroyable like the TV station. The roof crumbles when it falls down. lol.

I want the building to collapse on itself. in theory with my thinking of destructable terrain, there are no TV station holdouts like on warlord or sharqi peninsula. If you have enough explosives you should be able to bring it down.
