Well some of those has allready been won,
Evolution over Creation, fact is those who make up creation just make things up from the things they take from evolution.
If god is real? Well we can't find any proof he exist and he doesn't wanna show himself for some untold reason but in the book he was pretty active if you say so. They complain that nothing cant come from nothing, yet their god has always been "there" Result breaking their own rules. As long as he keeps away he doesn't exist and if he doesn't wanna prove his followers that he exist why would you believe in him?

about the gun, the more guns there are the more deaths there is gonna be, or if you give everyone a gun I say when one break the rule some people are not gonna know who shot who so they keep shooting the one they think shot the person. result more deaths. People would pick it up not to kill people then. Oh and its the gun that kills, the bullet need the gun to fire and a human need a gun to defend or kill someone.

if someone wants to kill someone, it really makes no difference if they are going to shoot them, stab them or split their skull open with a pry bar....dead is dead, and not having firearms will not change the way society behaves.
