My vote goes to Kubra. We need airpower because we have a lot of excellent chopper pilots/gunners and jet jockeys. And the map also incorporates plenty of vehicle combat but also allow infantry to play a significant role on some flags.
I'd advise not to choose a Chinese airmap because of j10 gheyness and no MEC airmaps where the USMC are given the flying coffin aka the F35B.

Air maps aren't idea for me, but i've had enough Karkand for one lifetime, and Kubra has some good cover from aircraft.
I won't be any use in aircraft, but i'll do my best in jeeps/tanks/AA .

The best maps are those that have everything BF2 in them, and are not heavily unbalanced. Thus, Operation Clean Sweep, Kubra Dam, and Gulf of Oman are the best choices. However, Sharqi, Jalalabad, and Songhua would be fine too.
