About a week ago i started reading in on chopper guides and such, been watching movie tutorials too.. Ive spent roughly 4 hours on a private server, practicing flying and aiming missles (at a pilot, not a gunner)

Anyway, i finally reached a huge goal: winning a chopper battle. I was lucky too, because i didnt even have a gunner
I still need to learn alot about turning the chopper and circling though, and i really suck at hovering too (but i hear you shouldnt hover anyway). My aim with the missles is good though, but thats just because of practicing ^^

So i just want to thank you BF2S guide writers (especially Slicnic) for helping me on my way

Agreed. The guide writers are top-notch here. +1 because you practiced on a server that wasn't full and ranked.

Sweet, another pilot ot shoot down. However, hovering is good for repairing, faster than landing, potentialy keeps noobs out of your gunner seat, and you have to stay in the same place anyways.

Actually, i suck ass with the chopper, my best round was 9 - 15

You still dont have to hover, you can circle around, it just has to be a lot tighter

The fact i didn't mention 'elmos' helicopter skills has to be the main point you need to think about! So i have no idea where you got that response from!

I was just saying how i don't like the way he is so cocky and shows no respect or admiration for other people in this forum.

All that guy did was say he was pleased because he has improved after a long time practicing; thats great for him.

He doesn't need some lowlife giving him a demoralizing, sarcastic comment.

I never said anything about how good or bad 'elmo' is.
