nobody gets their stats reset for no resason, i have a good friend and a guy i have played with for a long time who stat padded for half a round with some other guy,,,,guess what BOTH got reset ,,,,and this stat padding happened ages ago so i think its a case of EA catching up with back dated repoorts or something. pretty shit that you have to lose ALL the stats for something that may have only got you a 100 odd points

Who cares about the stat system anymore? Quake Wars will be out soon, the BF2142 beta will be in a month or two. Stats only give you one thing: unlocks. After you get sgt major it doesn't matter anymore.

Does it affect you if you're being killed and revived over and over?

Never happened to me, and I'd just quit if it did, but just saying, stats padding is hardly victimless

Personally I don't really see the point. I just play the game, man. 60 points earned in intense battles is more fun than 160 points earned via padding.
