i went to sleep at 2 last night finishing this anthropology assignment. Woke up at 6 to get ready, yah i was tired when i got home!

I never understood why people would take naps either. It seemed to me that it's better to spend your time awake then asleep.
Then I hit high school, and everything sucks dick, walking around "awake" for 8 hours with short bursts of sheer terror and adrenaline every couple days. So the neutrality of a nap was like sanity maintenance at that point.

I take a nap practically every day. I eat my lunch and take a nap in my work van (down by the river). It helps me recharge for the rest of the long tiring work day.
