so i'm assuming because of that shit where you play as desmond and have to turn on those security switches, that in the next game you'll play in the present as desmond. right? you know, since he's learning how to be an assassin and all.

The game is just FUN. It's one of very few games (Fallout 3 being the last when it first came out) that has me wanting to play all the time.

GT has even said that it's so authentic, if you'll never get to Italy in your life, play this instead. That's a pretty big statement.

So far... it's gotta be my GOTY. I'm really hoping for the next one they go to 1790's France or 1770's America. They're both referenced with the glyph decoder things, so who knows..

Tbh given the level of detail they go into, I'd be happy with any historical settings for these games from now on. I love it. I'm a bit of a history nerd though.

I was disappointed that the animations werent all new in respects to combat. I figure with some of the newer weapons I'll get new ones, but the dagger and sword are all the same... still awesome though! loving the game, finished act 5 last night! Oh, and dying the colors of the clothes is awesome.. Anyone get altair's armor yet? I like his the best, i got an art book with AC1 and they showed how they modeled him after an eagle, and it seems as if ezio is missing some of that style in his clothing (despite the hood).

Yea, Altair's armour bypasses any dye you have and is mostly black with a few white parts and a touch of red. Looks awesome
