I replaced my laptop charger a few months ago and last week the replacement (connector) started messing up. I took the connector back to the store today.. pissed. I told a salesman I wanted a replacement, and that I wasn't happy after spending $60 on a new one. He went to the back room and came out with a replacement tip and handed it to me. We shook hands and I said thanks. Usually its a pain in the ass with no receipt. I thought I was going to have to throw an awkward hissy fit. I was a little disappointed tbh .
Everyone was suspiciously nice.. like maybe they had some corporate folks in the store nice.
