Newegg THE worst coster service EVER

So i order my new computer from newegg.ca and they have given me nothing but shit from day one. I order the computer with the shipping address as me and the billing address as my grandmas(it was her b-day present to me to let me use it since my parents would not). Well New egg doesn't allow the billing and shipping addresses to be different. so I E-Mailed them about it and they said that its OK and they would fix it (they charged the C-Card literally the moment I ordered it.) and well its not fixed I got the same problem.

Then they charged the card AGAIN so that's like $2300 so I tried to call there 800 number, it docent work. So I e-mailed them again and they credited the 2 grand back and I canceled my order. They just have so much shit I honestly don't know how any one here can stand them

So i ordered all the parts from a local computer store it was $45 more expensive but well worth it

I've NEVER had a problem except one time where fucking fedex went to GREENOUGH STREET instead of GOODNOUGH RD which it clearly stated on the mailing label. Not neweggs fault, completely fedex fault.

That would be a great idea except Newegg already reversed the charges from his credit card. And responded promptly to all his email queries.

newegg has gone down hill the past couple years.. their prices are terrible on 0 day items.

Amazon is becoming alot better. I find myself ordering from them for alot of things, not just parts..but yeah and parts also

newegg is still fast as Fucc on shipping though, only because their nearest werehouse is only 265 miles from me. It's usually at my door 36 hours after order.

I just picked up a 1TB drive on egg...then some movies on amazon which im still waiting on.

but for price..you can find good deals on new items on zon.

Picked up the new X8 wireless mouse last month for 52 dollars brand new in box. While new egg just got it in last week..and wants 99.99

the price is back up to 80 on amazon though, gotta be eagle eyed.

newegg customer service? I don't rememeber clearly, it was medicore at best though. Last time I returned anything was an asus socket 939 board...A8nSLI(?)..it was a hassle..they sent me out another that had bubble gum stuck to the bottom, and a broken capacitor

called back demanding a supervisor and got it all sorted out.
