To balance a VEHICLE

I saw this on another site and thought it was kewl. It's some ideas about what can be done to make the vehicles more "balanced." Anyone have some ideas, be sure to post!

1. Make it so you cannot capture a flag at all while inside a tank/apc.
2. Make it so you cannot rearm tanks/apcs with supply crates or the support class.
3. Make it so the tank machine gun doesn't have infinite ammo.
4. Make it so supply crates don't repair vehicles.

Uninfinete coaxial MG ammo might be good, but other than that those are pretty stupid. It was already dumb of them to make everyone get out of an APC to cap it quicker. Armored PERSONNEL CARRIER. It only takes a few coordinated Eryx/SRAW attacks on an APC, or 1 HJ-8/TOW to get 12 free points.
