The GTS was a TIGHT fit.
Might as well post my current piece-of-shit rig. Just cause it sucks so bad.
OMG BEST DESIGN OF THE YEAR!!!
Specs:
4800+@stock or something. can't remember if I oc'd it. Not like there's any difference.
2GB DDR800 4-4-4-12
HD2400Pro 256MB DDR2. A whole 40SPs.
Some MSI SLI piece-of-shit mobo that can't push past FSB230.
A big, yellow power switch.
200GB of half-dead IDE hard drive and 160GB of half-dead SATA drive. Reading from the SATA drive causes the mouse cursor to lag.
And the most valuable thing: HX520. That PSU cost way more than the rest of the rig. Mobo and CPU were 30€, and the graphics card was free.

dummy plugs trick the OS into thinking a monitor is attached. Hooray for workaroundsGooners wrote:

Your thoughts, insights, and musings on this matter intrigue me
What's wrong with that? Most PSUs create very little heat, and just work as a nice exhaust fan on top. Heat rises upwards, you knowFloppY_ wrote:

I'm probably going to get flamed for this but do you realize how dangerous it is to mess with a PSU?
Very especially is there is electricity involvedNaturn wrote:

Not if you have any kind of idea of what you're doing. Those heatsinks are grounded, and I'm not dumb enough to stick my hand in there when it's on.Naturn wrote:
