I think Bush is a criminal and should be brought up on numerous charges, along with many of his administration. Israeli support is very questionable and it needs to be changed. Our military actions are very questionable and Bush's military wielding has a multitude of criminal implications.
Americans fall under many catagories, other than your all encompassing Prowar, pro blood americunt catagory. Many are anti bush, want him tried for crimes. many simply dislike Bush and are hoping the end of his term will bring change. Others are oblivious to the world outside thier own and don't care. Not that that is a good thing, but ignorance to the world outside of thier lives, as opposed to willful bloodlust is quite another.
There are some that are indeed the arrogant, pro war, igorant fools you so incredibly hate. There are alot ofthem. But hating us all, merely makes you the same ignorant, hating fool that you yourself hate. Let me just let that slide, however difficult, and say that most here in the states, if you research are under the rule of a political power that has violated laws that are supposed to keep them in check. 4. As i have said before, i have talks with Americans on other forums, usually left wingers who i agree with totally, domestic and foreign view wise. but they are a minority, Alot of Americans in power are right wing religious nutters. They are the evil of america if you ask me.
As i have said maybe i have generalized but its only human nature to do so, maybe i need to pick my words more carefully.

I support a political leader by the name of Nick Clegg, he is the leader of the "liberal democrats", the third largest political party in Britain. He is a new leader and gave his first speech in april, its the change in Britain that is needs.

Economic ally, America trades a lot of its stuff with the UK. A lot of the electronic stuff you'll use will come from the US.
The chance that during a large disaster the US will supply a lot of aid.
The US will back you up if you request it help.
The EU isn't the magical problem solver its viewed as being more than enough people here would rather not be in the EU at all, the fact the UK still uses the Pound and not the Euro is a good indication of that.

A lot of electrical stuff if from Asia,T.V's, DVD players etc but my computer(i think) is made in america, can't think of anything else.
Its not as if the U.S had a special relationship with China and Burma/Myanmar yet they still gave aid, the U.S normally do hand them out to nations with natural disasters but how much may depend.
Of course there will be disagreements when you join a community, and i would like to keep the pound. The E.U is expanding and getting new members in all the time. It will take time but it will be worth it.
At least if you're an ally they MIGHT not invade you......
