You will get 20 stars for being an uber-fag.

6 star is easy, just keep killing people....then when the helicopters come, shoot them down with rocket launchers.
Or alternatively, if you are yet to reach one of the islands, cross the police border, you will get 6 starts automatically.

This is the first thing I did when I got the game, I dropped off Roman and then tried to go over a bridge. It's impossible to outrun a 6 star, it takes up the whole island you start with. So I just went and started a mission, and the wanted level went byebyejustice wrote:

its easy, jus get onto a roof n use a sniper to keep shootin the feds
As I remember in previous GTAs you couldn't get past five star unless you completed the game or at least the main storyline.
Apparantly there's no army... so no tanks/jets to mess about with.

I was so gutted though. There's an achievement for outrunning 4 star wanted level. I outran a 6 star wanted level and didn't get it

easy go to the middle bridge that goes over colony Island then go on the sub way/rail tracks under the bridge walk about 200m or so bam u get 6 star and if u leave it for 6 min you will get the one man army achievement. But you have to have not unlocked the middle island
Oh yeah I got that achievement. I wasn't trying to, I was trying to get away. Unfortunately the car I took with me to the subway had broken after about 1 minute, so I had to walk the rest of the way. I went almost the entire way around the island, and then back again to the bridge before i finally lost them.GR34 wrote:

Dont you get 6 stars in 'three leaf clover' for about a 1min when the cops arrive at the bank? Then they slowly reduce to nothing.

I managed to get maximum stars when I first went moved safe house. Dont know why I got the stars, but I was driving about and ran over a cop so got 2 stars. I then started to drive off to lose my wanted level, ran over another person and suddenly I went up to maximum stars. So tried to make it to the paint n spray.
Almost got there, was about a block away, but then my car blew up and killed me.
Still dont know why I got full stars. Maybe I ran over a special officer or something?

What? Yes it does, no matter how many stars you have. I've gone in with 5 star wanted levels and as long as no cop cars are in the immediate vicinity, it'll rid you of any car damage and your wanted level as long as it's not an ambulance, fire truck or police vehicle.GR34 wrote:

Yeah you cant let the cops see you go into the paint n spray or it will not let you go in. Done it a few times now, even with only two stars, juat cause I want a different colour car
