Seriously? We STILL only have 5 custom kit slots?

22 Weapons
5 Forms of Camoflauge for each gun
4 Attachments for each gun
5 Sidearms
3 Special Grenades
23 Perks

And...5 Custom slots.

Is it just me, or is this one of the dumbest design decisions on the part of Infinity Ward? I mean, the game has been out for MONTHS now, and I figure it doesn't really take that much to put in a few more slots. This wouldn't be such a problem if you could at least switch your kits ingame, but you can't!
Does anyone else think this is really stupid? I mean, many patches have come out, but not a single one of them gives a few more slots? Is infinty ward planning to do anything about this?

in total you have 10 different kits. 5 standard ones and 5 cutom ones.

in the end most people use.

1 sniperkit for snipermaps
2 assaultkit for medium maps
2 submachinegun kits for close combat like vacant
1 spray and pray kit.

anyway, most people play the m4 the whole time. so no need for 10 kits

Yeah, either more custom slots or at least a chance to create-a-kit which dead in the middle of a match. I hate rushing my customisation at the end of a map, (when I actually remember that those twenty seconds are dedecated "customisation" time,) and I don't want to have to disconnct from a game to get some time to think it over.

I thought that from the very first time I played the game. Why they chose not to let you customize classes in-game I'll never know.

True, i cope fine on 5 slots.

You have 5 preset ones, which are pretty handy.

Also, you can have up to a minute in which to play around with your kits, plenty of time!

If you want to play the game with Less than half of the weapons, that's great. But I'd rather have access to all of them.

I don't understand why people are saying 5 is enough. I'm content with CoD4, I'm not trying to bitch about everything, I'm just saying that 5 custom slots is not enough. Is it really too much to ask for to be able to use all of your weapons? Say I want to specialize for long range fighting. Say I outfit myself with a bunch of sniper rifles and long ranged assault rifles like the G3. And then the map switches to shipment. I'm kind of fucked in that case.
Seriously, there's no reason that there aren't more custom slots. Add a scroll bar and give me 10 or 20 kits. Why not? It probably only takes a Megabyte or two to store all that deta, and probably much less. If you don't need that many slots because you like to play with only a few weapons, that's fine, but some people want more.
