our largest minority group would have been Chinese in the town that I live in, though there has been a massive influx lately from Slavic countries, they seem pretty sound folk, i've been on the pish with them a couple of times they insist on drinking straight vodka shots and feeding you pork! next would be the polish followed by the Portuguese, though there is a fairly well established Indian and Pakistani community as well..
