Ive been downloading for over 2 hrs and its at 30% and doesnt appear to be moving... and hasnt been for like 45 mins...

I downloaded mine from chicago and i nearly got 200kb/s so if your internet speed is around 1.5mbp/s you can expect to download it in around 4 hours.
