EA's only just released the BF2 booster pack on DVD with EF/AF and patch 1.41. perhaps in a year or so they might shutdown the stats or let it be run by someone privatly.

untill i see an offical post on the website, this is undoubtably a prank.

Besides i just wasted the last few months to get past Sergeant Major

Admittedly , I'm happy this was a sick joke. Aimed at all the stat loving whores like myself. But I loled, good one guys! I was starting to get pissed, but was like no, EA would have to make an official announcement. Besides, say all you want, there are new guys playing this for the 1st time, all the time. Christmas was only a month a ago, and they are still in retail stores, EA is still making money from BF2.
