Actually the first time I tried it was Saturday night. That time I tried it ... that one draw ... was weird. My mind was like wtf felt almost euphoric. But anyway, this was just because I actually wanted to. To see what it was like.

So anyways, tonight I'd though I'd try a proper full cigarette, seeing if that euphoric feeling would return. It didn't. OK well maybe just a little ... so I've made a decision while I sit here typing this.

My throat burns
My lungs are screaming
My breath tastes like a bitch
My clothes smell like a bitch
My hands smell like a bitch

And all that for a kind of "high". No, fuck it.

Not getting pulled into it, I'm coming off cigarettes from this moment. It's fucking digusting, and so what if I had to experience it first hand, at least now I know for sure.

Fuck cigarettes.

Smoking is an expensive waste of time ...you have to learn how to smoke before you can 'enjoy' it and then it becomes a necessity instead of a pleasure. Most of my mates who smoke are all trying to quit now after years of damage to their lungs.
