Damn, this guy is DUMB. You don't need more than 24 FPS when you're not inputting action. When you are, you do. RTS can run at as low as cinema rates, due to little input needed, except basic desktop mouse movement. FPSs need a lot more since they're usually faster paced and you need higher precision.

Your actions per minute is a ton higher in RTS games, and I'd assume the mouse moves a lot more too. You only need a high framerate in fps because the whole screen moves when you move the mouse.

Well first of, English voice usually sucks. Some games have really bad voice actors so you just take the other one because it's just more enjoyable to listen too. Sure there are games that have from decent to good voice actors but normally no. Same for movies, don't want the shit dubbed.

a lot of games are a bit short, could been longer.

The rest is mostly opinions, and about the fps part, if you want almost always 60fps you better expect to spend some money for it.
