Since Ramadan kicked in, I will only exercise "combat fitness" (that's what its called?) the ones I used to do at the club. Found a link that might help me update the routines am used to.
I ran for 30 min @ middle speed + some sets that covers the whole body (30 min with rests). The plan is to do this everyday with modifications that fits my process.
