Yea my dumb ass went to work with a 100F+ fever yesterday... i've been taking Ibuprofen like candy every 4-5hours. So now i've got to miss a day of work because of this. I got it from spending a lot of time outside shoveling snow. Any of you sick this week?

Well the one day we have snow 3 family members (me included) have got a stomache bug but compared to step throat thats nothing really.
Well i've had a kidney stone 5 months ago but that only lasted a day and the pain was gone. I guess i'm just pissed cause i'm stuck inside when I could be working.
Well I've got massive pain in my shoulder and tendinitis (sp?) in both of my knees, but those are more self inflicted injuries (damn 4 hour daily baseball practices)

Strep Throat is spread through personal interaction, not because it's cold outside. I'd recommend going to the doctor and getting some antibiotics. I think they usually prescribe Amoxicillin for it. The last time I had it I think I was out for a week.
Yea but cold weakens the immune system by lowering your body temp. So me spending all that time out side moving snow its was the cause of it.
Edit: Last time I went to the doctor for strep throat it came back a false negative. 3 days after I went the second test from a lab came back positive. By then I was all well.

It is quick and efficient. Always works for me. I suggest you try it.
For better results you can put more salt in the water, but then it will hurt a little more
