The problem with Canada is, the west only speaks English, while the East speaks mostly french.
By Law in the Province of Quebec, all Street Signs have to be in French, even the stop signs.
Yet, if you go to France, they have stop signs with "STOP" on them.
Sure, we could get some French Speaking Canadians that are good at BF2, but then people would have no idea how to communicate with them. French in schools is only mandatory threw Grades 4-8? And I never learned much french during those years.. Sure I can count.. and understand SOME basic Sentences.. But lets Face it.. It could be Chinese or Russian for all I know, I still wouldn't understand it.
This is why alot of the members from Canada that have joined up are from Every Province West of Quebec.
You guys have a HUGE population of players to choose from. To put this in Perspective, New York City alone is equivalent to all of Canada's Population.
Hell, the New York City Police Department has more members then the Canadian Army...
Anyways.. I'm still looking forward to this match, and I hope the Canadians can pull it off.. I know people from around the world on this forums will be hoping that we win over the Americans..
I also think that anyone who is from England must play for Canada.

Because Canada is still tied to the Queen. Every Law that we pass must go threw her. Not like shes going to reject the laws that we make, but we feel its important.. We even have a Province named after Britain. British Columbia, known as B.C. for short..
So no, Towelly, and all you other British people, You cant fight for the US.
And only Canadians that can speak English should be allowed into the Tournament.

I grew up speaking French so I'm alright as well, plus most French Canadians speak English pretty fluently from what I've seen when I've been there.
