Yea my unit runs anywhere from 2.2 to 3.2 miles per day, so I get plenty of run time.

Yes, I'm insane (I mean like I get up at 4am to work out before school... that kind of insane).  I love it though.  I've finally gotten my strength back up after being seriously injured a year and a half ago.

Im an athletic motherfucker. I play football(soccer) for the Junoir A team on Ready(my team). I do competative cross country skiing in the winter, as well as twin tips(just landed a 540 last winter yeaaahhh) and I also climb and play squash. I used to play a bit of cricket but then I moved to Norway

I'm an ex-Army Pathfinder so fitness has never really been a problem .... (you try doing the Cadre whilst unfit!!)

I dont bench, squat, clean or curl. I do dumbells, 10kg 5 sets 25 reps. When I last benched at the end of my A levels I did 40kg, I know its not very much but I wasnt very "active" then. I dont know my track times, havent properly done that for years, if your English you will know i was quite good at cross country when i tell you i got to level 14.2 in a bleep test when i was in year 9.

Im in the following uni sports soc's:

Archery
Fencing
Sailing
Skiing

Then with my mates I do badminton, football and basketball.

Grats on the 540 my best is 360, I did it on a pair of scratches which are well nice for tricks.

Although that table uses a distance of 8 meters, we use 10. Infact that table is shit, our bleep tests were much further than that, we had 7 stages per level at 10 meters per stage. We normally started at level 6 or so, the first load you can walk and are therefore pretty pointless.


My bad actually the table is correct i thought the right column was culmunatitive distance so far, its not, it shows the distance per level.

Now or then???  I'm a geezer (31).  I was small but athletic in HS.  I varsitied in tennis and I've always been a good athelete.  I ran the mile in 6:05 back then.  Recently when i had time to work out I was benching two 45 lb dumbells, which I hadn't done until last year working out with my buddy - it's pretty tough.  But the thing I was proudest of was I got from displacing 50% of my weight on dips to none.  I know millions of guys can do better than that but its really about what you do to challenge yourself.

Really, I suck at lifting weights (Im INSANELY short) but I am fucking strong for my size.

Keep in mind that im only 5'1"

Bench: 80 for 20 reps, 100 for 10 and 120 for max
Squat: I think around 150-175, cant really remember, and I might be making it a bit higher just 'cause I cant rememer.
Curl: 20 for almost infinate reps but I can only do 30 about 10 reps
Clean: *puzzled*
dont know what 40 time is but 100m: 12 seconds but that was 4 years ago in 7th grade
Mile: 5:52, came first in my PE class

I swim, am just very active and run all over the place, bike, play soccer, ski, used to run

i have a set routine.

end round of bf2, new map loading. go take a piss, get a bottle of water and some crackers, then go back to comp and am ready.
