mile time. dunno about 1 mile but I do 1.5 miles in 10:45 minutes. Air Force PT test score

Play softball, football and soccer for my unit. Played baseball, football and soccer in High School.
Bench: I dont know, I dont do bench press at the gym -
Squat: same as above
Clean: Occasionally, but I have a tendency to leave things a mess
Curl: I generally do reps at 60-65, never really tried maxing it out, my intention is to continue to gain
40 time ??
Mile: Not sure, jogging its roughly 8 1/2 minutes, I havnt tried to actually see my fastest time. When I ran cross country in high school the fastest mile I had was 6:10.
Sports: HS I ran Cross Country, played basketball my freshman year.
