I got booted for telling someone to stop calling everyone he killed a noob. The thing of it was I user NOOBS, and it kicked me. If you typed noob, or noobs it did not kick you. It was a full on PB auto kick.

Okay, to don this perspective is utter bullshit. Who the hell said the gaming environment has to cater to everyone's pansy ass emotional comforts? If you can be "hurt" by the words of some bastard yapping at you behind his computer, then really, you deserve whats coming to you. Regardless, people can, within the bounds of law, say whatever they please while in a public environment. To me, simply the ownership of a server doesn't constitute the categorization of game servers being "private". Anyone has access to any server without a lock, thus, this is a public environment. Should EA bar certain types of speech, that would make sense. Electronic Art's relationship between consumers is private. This is because one must pay to be given exclusive, product usage rights.
