Plane Whores I need ur help!

how do i aim with the Bombing sight of the plane?
coz till today i just blindly bomb the shit out of people with a chance 2 outta 8 that i have a jackpot

Help is really apreciated

heya,
not being a experianced pilot myself i cant offer LOTS of help, however, my expertice is in shooting other planes down. Nevertheless, It is most accurate bombing if you

a) fly VERY low, so that there is less time that the bomb can go off cource

b) aim the bomb using the SIGHT, when you switch to bombs, the BOTTOM of the LINE is where your bomb SHOULD hit

c) still fly low

b) drop all ur bombs at the same time, in a highly populated area (best place is the road leading to the beach on WAKE)

e) fly over carrier to rearm

f) fly low more

g) satureate bomb until you eventuall hit somthing (drom MANY bombs and DONT GET KILLED)

h) PRAY YOU HIT SOMTHING

You don’t want to fly too low or you will blow yourself to pieces with the splash damage.

I try to fly as high as possible then drive bomb when I see a target, pulling up at the last min.

Sometimes im on with bombs other times im not. i also wonder if there is a secret or a certain way to get the tanks close to 100 pct accuracy with the 2 bomb jets and not the 5 bombers or 2 seaters. The 5 bombers r a death machine on daqing and oman(especially those that rape carrier). i once got 12 kills with one payload of bombs in a jet on oman. I only base rape if the other team does it.

The secret is your angle of attack, the steeper (more vertical) the angle you approach the closer your bombs will fall together - If you want to dual bomb a tank, I suggest making a fairly good dive bomb at it. Otherwise a 45 degree in and out attack will suffice for a single bomb.

Yea i understand angle bombing but the problem is at what point should i release the bombs? while the tank is still barely in view and im about to pass him or when im over him(i doubt it)? U know? Thanks for your replyies and your reply zen

You drop the bombs on your descent roughly when the enemy target is between the bottom and top of the reticule. I don't know anyone who actually uses the reticule sucessfully though, you have to do it by second nature.

If the target is moving then you have to anticipate where to drop them. Practice is all I can tell you - nobody can give you great advice that will instantly change your abilties, you really have to practice.

ur in a plane....going up to speed then u notice that a supply crate is dropped in the middle of the runway WTF! NO PEOPLE IS GOING TO GET RESSUPLIED AND HEALED NO!!!!!! BLAM fuckers dead i,m kicked again...THANK U COMMANDER FOR BEING STUPID!

I'm not too good with bombing runs (some days i'll hit like 75% of my ground targets, other days i can't hit shit). I can stay on someone's 6 for a good amount of time, but other than that i'm still an amateur pilot ( i like playing infantry more than practicing my flying skills)

I would suggest two things. first to practice a bit on accuracy create yourself a local server and then pick a target. house, bringe, flag whatever and then try and hit it. to check for a hit use F11. (or c to cycle thru views if you are quick on the button.)

then load up operation clean sweep in single player and practice against the bots. the best practicie is going against the bot mobile aa with the setting of expert. It helps a bit on avoiding AA as well as moving targets. best bet is to be commander in the Sp so that you can use the uav for infantry practice.

Once you have these two down pat then practice with in a mp sever against human opponents because they will not do the stupdi stuff bots do. but with the practcie you got from the SP you should be able to pick up the MP tricks easily.
