That looks like a good rig Stealth built, chuck the X-fi sound card for some Creative Live! 24 bit or something and get reasonable quality for about $100 less. If you aren't a hardcore CS guy or don't use the comp to listen to music a ton, should be fine.
You can get the xtreme music x-fi for like $120. I got one of those, and let me tell you, I love it! Its like 3 cards in one.
I really like that rig, but he hasn't responded if it's prebuilt or if I have to build it myself.
You would have to build it yourself.

You would have to build it yourself. ZipZoomFly is just a site that sells computer components at very good prices and they don't charge tax or shipping on anything. If you can't build the system yourself then just take it to the nearest Best Buy, drop around $60 and have them build it for you. Or call Geek Squad if you live in the US.

Lol.  Buying it with my hard earned money from working at Eckerd Drugs.  Instead of spending it on a car.  My father is so frugal that he won't even get the family a cheap third car (we have a family of 5).  I am not saving up for it because I am going away to college next year, and we aren't allowed to have cars for two years.

I am not buying a car for my brother.

I can get you guys discounted drugs.

Yup, it's not as hard as you think.  Just print of a bunch of DIY'ers.  PC World had an articles that was a noobies step by step to building a computer.  I know a guy who never did it, followed that article, and built himself a rig with no problems.

You build your own, you will
A: Get alot more for your money
B: Feel alot of pride in doing so
C: and most importantly, will have a greater understanding on how you computer works.

Which will make it easier in the future to figure out problems you may have.

As far as links, just copy and past the names into where ever your going to buy from.  If they have it, it will pop right up.

Drop me a PM if you have any questions, always here to help

Best Wishes
Chris

Honestly, I only have some idea of how to build a computer.
Never done it before.
Always wanted to try it.

So I'm going with pre-built, then taking apart my old computer and rebuilding it so that in the future I can finally build my own.
Read this book:

Upgrading and Repairing PCs (17th Edition)

what better time to learn how to build a pc.  i had friends that held my hand while building my crappy heap, but it was fun.  i think that's why people stray from newegg, there too afraid to even put in ram or a video card.  it's alot easier than you think.  plug a into b, it's literally that simple.

edit"  hell you could even make some money down at school building for friends/fellow dorm mates, etc.  just try it man, you'll be glad you did.

I doubt you need the water cooling.. Just put a good heatsink on it. My c2d runs between 29-35c.

As several have said:
Ditch the 6400 and get a 6600 (yes there is that big of a difference)
Ditch the liquid cooling (you can OC like a mad dog with just a good HSF)
Upgrade to 2 gigs of ram
Ditch the 7600GS for a 7900GT
Make sure your HDD is a SEAGATE.
Do those things and you'll be loading into new maps as fast as me.

Change that nVIDIA GS to a GT, and if you can afford it get the next Conroe that has 4mb cache.
the 6400 is fine, you get hardly any performance increase for the extra 100 bucks.  Unless you think future games will demand it.

bump the ram up and psu ... ditch the water cooling (most of the time its really just to say "i have water cooling") ... ensure you have @least 2 120mm (antect trio 650w has a 120mm built in).
