For all these ones just go

C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Settings\Usersettings
and thought, "hmm, so what's this GSDefaultLatencyCompensation thing do then?" and so I scrolled back up to the top of the page and hit Search (as all good forum users should) - entered 'GSDefaultLatencyCompensation' into the keywords box and hit submit...

What result did I get? (No, not a 500 Internal Server Error... )

GODDAMMIT. I just wrote a damn long post and because of another server error it wasn't submitted.

Anyway, it went something like this:

I had the same problem some time ago when looking for alpinestar's custom in-game wallpapers. I entered "custom wallpaper" and the search came up with the following:

The thread I was looking for obviously isn't there, but alpinestar has a link in his sig: Custom in-game wallpaper. As you can see, both of my search terms are in the title.

I also had some more problems finding threads that I knew existed.
So yeah... the search isn't perfect.

But no worries. Chuy is working on a new and improved search feature. Or at least he was some time ago. It even is accessible already, but I'm not going to tell you how without his permission.
