Here is the link to my tutorial on doing your custom ones

I'll give you some packs and instructions on how to install them they are fun because they can make your game look a bit different
1) for vanilla BF2 (regular bf2) go to this directory C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Movies
2) Extract files from .zip to that directory
3) If it asks you to overwrite hit Yes (Default ones will be removed)duh
4) You should only have the two files in that directory as the rest is intros and unnecessary

It is allowed and punkbuster won't interfere with it because it is not beeing checked since those are only graphic files (The default ones are loaded and stored in RAM upon game start so these will greatly reduce ram usage for those that haven't removed them completely yet)

I like mine since it stays BF2 related and isn't too much. Not bad though, I would use the Armory one but I'm fine with what I got. Deleting or changing the intro movie along with replacing the background video helps speed up the initial load time btw (Common sense, but w/e.)
