bf2 Vanilla
How can u post 2142 when hardly any have played it and even then it was only the beta? I reckon ill love 2142 but since i have no game play in it ill have to go vanilla.

Never played '42 and Vietnam, SF has the best maps but no one ever plays them.

I have both 42 and Vietnam chilling 3 feet from me. I used to play 42 religiously but once I moved on to other games and came back to it I couldn't stomach the horrible, cheap feel of the weapons, Russians having 5-shot Enfields and BAR's sucked too, and I hated the ridiculous arc of the tank shells.
Vietnam is cool but it's basically 42 with grass. Same horrible infantry fighting and crappy tanks.
BF2 and specifically BF2:SF has finally got it right, the 42 experience with good guns and armor that shoots straight, among other things of course.

SF is great for gameplay, but I love the scenery of Vanilla. Gimme the Grapple and Zip in Vanilla, and you have a juggernaut.

SF kicks butt. I just don't really get to play much because I'm the only one I know that has it and I play with other people I know 95% of the time now.
bf42 it was the first of the series, and really changed gaming
