  • Stupid Windows Error Message Won't Let Me Reinstall Photoshop!
https://img225.imageshack.us/img225/9287/newbitmapimagehh4.png

That is what it says.

This is stupid, it happens when I try to install Photoshop CS2 and sometimes other programs, it's really annoying. I AM an administrator on the computer (I own the rig) so I don't see why the damn thing can't find the PACKAGE.

Any help on this will grant the user +1 karma for a week strait.

EDIT:

It is hard to read, so if anyone has problems reading it then I'll just write up what it says.

Is the CD in the drive, is teh drive hooked up correctly, and is the installation looking for the correct path to the disk for installation.

Yes it is. Just crop the box and post it fullsize.

Have you run Windows Update? Your Windows Installer might be outta date.

My computer is fully up to date. All drivers are fully updated as well.

This happens when I try to run the Kaspersky installer too, so I'm using (:pBrotherhood of) NOD32 for now.

This is a really annoying message.

Oh and how can I put more bandwith to my USB ports? My mouse and headphones alone work fine, but if I put anything else in there it says it exceeds bandwith. I just got a Razer Copperhead by the way.

Are they 1.1 USB or 2.0? And did you do what I said?

I did what you said, but it's all right. My USB ports are 2.0.

That in the corner is not to be spoken of.

But really, I downloaded Photoshop CS2 off the main site, that in the top corner is just to let me use it for a little longer.

Sounds like it's an illegal version. I dunno.

I got it off the Adobe site. Some other programs do this too.
