So most video cards have fans built onto them? If i'm wrong about this, then im gunna look like a complete idiot. Also, is the 7900GT already overclocked?
All higher end cards will have fans built in to them, and no your card doesn't come overclocked. It's up to you (with caution) to overclock. There are some nice overclocking tools out there to help...

The 7900 series comes with a fan and if you search around you can buy them factory OC'd but your better off buying stock and doing it yourself. Especially if you plan on getting a second for SLi, I bought a factory OC'd 7900GTX then went back a month later for the second and Evga stopped producing them so I had to get a stock and OC it to the same specs so I could run them in SLi... pain in the ass!
I prefer non-OC'd and just do it yourself with RivaTuner. Yes, most cards have fans. Some don't but your better with one than without.
Yeah, I seen a 7900GT that said OC on it, meaning it was overclocked. So I think i'll either get a 7900 or a 7600 and OC it myself.
