I won a second key from another site and now I am giving it to one of you.

Just answer me this 2 video game history question.

Before the launch of the Nintendo in the US what licensed cartoon character was originally supposed to star in the NES's launch title. (After the deal feel through Miyamoto created Mario.)

The The first playstations original intent was not to be a sony game console. What was it's original purpose.

Good luck and hurry up. I wanna play 2142 but won't till someone gets the key

1.Before Super Mario Bros. was made and Mario was still just called jumpmna from Donkey Kong. Nintendo got the deal to put a american cartoon character in the launch title gaem. Who was the character?

2The playstation 1 was not meant to be a stand alone console when it was 1st developed. What was it developed for. I am sure these answer are in Wiki

1) Jumpman

2) Nintendo, in 1988, coupled with Sony to create a CD console, the Playstation Experimental (PSX), which would work fully with Nintendo's SNES. However, in 1990 Nintendo realised that CDs would really take off, and that with the deal with Sony they would not have complete control over license and manufacturing. Instead of leaving the deal, Nintendo arranged an agreement with Phillips without Sony knowing: future Nintendo games would be playable on Phillips' Compact Disc Interactive (CD-i), and Phillips would develop a CD add-on for the SNES. Sony soon found out about the deal, but had to go on and announce the deal with Nintendo in 1991. Nintendo then instead announced their deal with Phillips. Ultimately, Sony took their Playstation and made it a stand alone console, and Nintendo was left with the highly unsuccessful CD-i.
