Who cares about the leaders? Just play and do the best you can. I only started April 1 and I have done ok...I think. But since my attention has been drawn to those stoopid awards I find myself not enjoying the game as much. As I am continually thinking about what kit I should play etc., to achieve my next award... Blah... I love Engineering as it has so many facets to it. Yet I feel I should play other kits just to get the badges and awards... As an admitted tank whore I find it difficult to justify me getting a tank with the sniper kit... Just doesn't make sense. I rarely look at the leaderboards as I am too busy trying to get reconnected and finding the low ping server with the maps I like!

I dont care much about top 10 anymore, although I kinda freaked out finding out how much they play at first.
Theyre not that good, they spent most of their time playing and not being good at anything but spending hours. Dont worry about them worry about the lower ranking players who REALLY know how fight.

MMM that would be interesting if EA started reseting accounts for prone jumping. Now that i would like to see. They are using an exploit of the game so they cant die.
How do they prone jump anyways? I see it once in a while but dont know... Not that I would do it myself!

Nooooo volx would head to ea hq and use his macro all the way up to the head office and kick some ass. You cant denie, that volx and blazin have very high spm's, after over 1600+ hours I think it is, all that add's up and that is why there are up there. Though, most of the guys are karkand whores, Iv never been a fan of karkand, to much nade spamin and tank whoring, iv been playin wake and slowly increased my spm over the weeks. I went on and played a good week solid of karkand 24/7 and increased my spm more in that time than all those hours of wake. I mean today I saw 3 generals on those large karkand server's. Cause that is the map to be on if u want those majour spm scores, yes it is possible to do well on other maps, and yes they are better players around with less points but are better at it.
Fact of the matter is, to get on that leader board, you gota have a lot of time on your hands, and be atleast half descent at this game, so they do deserve to be up there.

about time i add my 2 cents to this topic. I'll keep this simple, VOLX > Firestorm. Volx is pretty fluent with all kits and weapons, even though im sure he macros, hes still good.

Ok. Macros are basically scripts written to automate a process. Typically you're running a program that simulates key presses.
For example, the dolphin diving macro:
All it does is, with the push of a single button, repeatedly hit your crouch, prone, and jump keys for you until you tell it to stop. So if someone used this macro and had it bound to "Right Control", all they'd need to do is press Right Control and their player would begin going prone, crouching, and jumping without the player having to press those keys.
It's a bit more complicated than that though, as the script also includes delays and timing, but that should give you the basic idea of what it does.
Some people make more advanced macros that let them, say, press the middle mouse button while flying a helicopter alone which would make them enter the gunner seat, enter TV missile mode, and fire a TV missile much faster than the average player could do it. But that's done all in one keystroke instead of having to press. F2, Right click, left click.

I don't like firestorm. He was furious because I was using an APC and he made me kick by an admin...f***ing bad player, just spending his life on BF2...

If they are using macros ie. 3rd party software to gain an advantage then yes then they can be reset as stated in the ROE. We dont need macros just remember girls love girls love guys with fast fingers, so think of it as training for the main event.Loco_Bandito wrote:
