Here's your answer. If the entire server crashes, no, you don't get any of your points, medals, or ribbons from that round, which is why 1.3 is PISSING ME THE HELL OFF. The reason as I understand it is because then the server doesn't send EA any information, it shuts down, restarts, and that's that. You lose it all.
However, if only YOU disconnect and can get back into the game where everyone else is doing just fine, you'll notice that your kills and points are still there. You'll keep them for a while through a disconnect, I'm not entirely sure how long though. A few minutes to be sure.
