Do i keep my ribbons if i get kicked? I just got my Ariel service ribbon, but i got kicked cause some noobs stand on the airfield. (I hate that)

yes you will get your ribbons....
or at least i did..

depends how close to the end of the round you were, it usually takes around five minutes to update so if you were kicked less than 5 mins before end of round then you should keep it
