Straferight sucks balls. They ban people for no reason other than the admins dont like them. One guy got banned for joining a squad called "Niggaz" because he found it funny and wanted to see why the guy made it. But yea moongamers isnt that great if you kill the admins. Firestorm has been rumored to ban people that take commander before him and get in the tank or even accidentally TK him. Yeah Moongamers is rather selectively adminned. They never seem to ban the guys on their team brekaing the spawnraping rules, yet you spawnrape and BAM you're kicked.
Thankfully I haven't been removed for pwnage... I gunned down three admins in the course of 10 seconds with the RPK and then did it again when their friendly neighborhood doctor came to revive them.

I agree with the author. I have been kicked from there before for taking the tank at the beginning of the match and driving to the east side of the alleys where people spawn at hotel and killing like 2 or 3 people and moving on. They call that spawncamping. I would never camp there it's retarded if you sit there and shoot everyone who walks by you are going to get blown up very quickly even if only 1 person on the whole team knows what to do. You shoot who you see and keep moving if you are any good at armor. Unless you have UAV, then you are golden to sit and shoot whoever you see. But it is not spawncamping at the beginning of the match. Your team is trying to cap the flag and those spots are where loads of enemies are. Even if you haven't spawned there you are likely to be in the action around there. So what you can kill them but not the ones who just spawned? You have to let them get away so they have a chance to kill you? That's a tank's job, it wasn't invented to shoot pretty flowers at everyone who walks by. It was invented to tear you to shreds. And when it does its job, people scream spawncamping. No it's called Flag Pounding, it's what armor is supposed to do, so our team can advance and capture a position.

I'm sure you've heard this saying a million and one times, but the admins are not able to keep their eyes on 100% of the map at once. Heck, they can barely watch 5% of the map at once. Some admins do nothing but sit in the Essex watching for SU-34's that might bomb the carrier. If they see that, then the bomber will get kicked. Are they able to watch the MEC base at the same time? No. Usually either another admin is watching the other base, or the admin will watch the text for somebody saying that the F-35's are bombing the MEC airbase. Admins have to see the offense to kick for it, they can not go by a player's saying, no matter how trustful they man be. When an admin catches an offending player, they usually do their best to remove them, but they can't catch all of them.
By the way: I am no admin of Moongamers, just a player who has been around for a long time.

Guys it's simple. If you get screwed in a server by the admin or anyone else for that matter, LEAVE. Posting about it doesn't help. We don't need to know how adminDumbass_1450 did you wrong. It's happened to everyone. Better idea would be to post about servers that DON'T have morons like that. Too many servers out there to just worry about getting screwed over in one.

Moongamers server sucks. Full of adolecent padders and farmers. Also on their Karkand map the spawncamping rule was no camping the US noncaps and hotel with armor. The US flags they can inforce but, ranked servers can't make a rule against spawncamping on a capable flag. Its a legit tactic to hender the other teams ability to defend the flag by forcing players to spawn a flag back.
Let's not go overboard on flaming Moongamer's Admins. They have some great Admins - just not enough to go around 24/7 on Karkand. They have a solid server and it's full most of the time. People play Moongamers because of that reliability as well as whatever personal game goals they have. Vote with your feet, play elsewhere until they adjust their rules and/or inconsistent enforcement of rules. They are smart people they will adjust if they detect a need. One thing I know, the fewer nitpicky rules there are the more an admin can play the game and not chase tanks and jets around the battlefield lol.
In war you win by baseraping and spawncamping and lose by having ROEs that prevent you from interdicting enemy Bases of Operation, Lines of Communication and reducing or eliminating their ability to wage war. Ask North Vietnam how they unified South Vietnam! If the US baseraped and spawncamped the North it would have been a different outcome, ask Afghanistan how they beat the USSR. Baseraping and spawncamping these are part of the Arts and Sciences of War (just called something more sophisticated). David beats Goliath by baseraping and spawncamping.
In my view the reason one would allow non-camping rules at a cappable flag is to give people time to get more points before the game is over. The farther you travel the fewer points per minute, etc. My guess is the Karkand Hotel is the #1 place to get stats pumped up and probably all other areas in every other map/flag combined do not result in as many points per player globally.
Hmmmmm EA Global ROE says something about exploiting the game for stat padding.....

they used to have a rule about no command whoring, as soon as firestorm lost #1 the rule was gone and he was commader for a good 30 or so rounds in a row to try and make up points....i have never had any problems there, but 1. wtf is with rules on servers, the only rule i would ever back up is no tk, and 2. u can always break the rules there if u r on the admin's side
