i'm probably belaboring this point but there's a lot of rich and influential concerns with a great deal of money tied up in 'disciplined development' far in excess of mom & pop's privately owned six-figure rambler they're downsizing from. i'm not sure what our countries can or will do with our current power structure to address this on broad scale, but i'm seeing more mood sway sympathetic towards violent upheaval. luigi became an instant folk hero for allegedly murdering an insurance ceo. lots of sympathy went towards the molotov person and the toilet paper warehouse arsonist. grim satisfaction displayed towards ceos tweeting about how they don't feel safe.
surely more top-down controls against price gouging on all fronts are needed. fair wages, fair prices, no tumorous real estate superpowers controlling all the construction and development. break the billionaire clots and get that economic blood pumping again!
