Hey guys wow. 18 years later I finally remembered about this game and this site. And just spent a few hours going through some of the posts and carnage I caused. Yes this is russ)=spetsnaz account. First of all at that time I was a 13 year old kid, and being a dummy. I don't even know what credit card I had used to purchase the game hacks at that time lol. I turned out alright through and have a nice career and life going for me clearing about 180k a year. Not working at Chipotle making burritos like one poster said i would. I don't play fps on pc anymore but occasionally do fly around on mfs2024. That's about it for gaming for me. Idk if anyone even still remembers me from 2005 -2006 but I did also want to apologize for what I did to the bf2s account. I honestly can't even remember if I got it banned on purpose or not but now being an adult I know it was the wrong thing to do, as was purchasing in game hacks and using other gamers tags/names... anyways if anyone remembers me and has any questions ill stick around here for a bit longer.

it is kind of odd how the internet was basically once peopled by the Gen X/elder millennial crowd, whose whole worldview was basically oriented around 90s nostalgia and/or 9/11 and the bush years, and now they have basically entirely vanished. that entire cohort - where do you find them now? they're not a big presence on any popular social media platform today. all the forums long ago went dark. i know they've all probably had kids (who have themselves had kids, etc.), but it's rare to see such a conspicuous absence on the internet. normal mass/traditional media still caters to them. but they've effectively been moved to a reservation when it comes to web culture. everything that we thought was online culture is now 'unc slop'.
