I try to maximise my time when working towards something. Tha means, favouring a certain kit/vehicle/etc
Kit-wise its expert anti-tank
Equipment-wise its veteran transport
Medal-wise I don't really have one, but I expect Meritous Service will be the first I get.
Ribbon-wise, the only "easy" one left for me is Staff Officer, just means going commander for a while (and hence racking up time/score towards Distinguished Service Medal/Expert Commander )
I have basic explosive and the total kill requirement for expert, so I could conceivably get veteran and expert in the same round, but its not something I care hugely about. Would be nice to have a long line of silver tho...

Expert Explosives. Had another good round on Warlord get screwed up by my team losing the Palace flag again. Sigh. 34 kills. The worst part is that I'd meant to spawn as SpecOps and spawned as Sniper. Had an APC right there that I could have nailed.... I even ran up and dropped.... clays Oh well. Even worse was a couple of "Niomosy [killed]" messages... meaning the clays got them but they didn't count as clay kills I'll have to try again tonight. Trying to improve my ability to get explosives kills when the battle isn't in the palace and no one's dumb enough to try for the tv station.
Expert Pistol. Need to continue racking up pistol kills. I'll just concentrate on this once I get the stupid Explosives badge.

I'd like to eventually be an officer, 2nd Lt. would be good enough for me. I dread the loooong way to go before Sergeant Major. Don't think BF2 will keep my interest long enough for that to happen. I'll probably move on to BF2142 or ET: Quake Wars long before I reach 50,000 points.
