There are times and places when I don't want to see a boob, esp not of some 20 stone feminazi.
They should get over themselves and move on - to somewhere else.

I still don't think it is right to keep comparing to a penis. One is for sex and peeing, one is for feeding... Breasts stopped being sexual in the cultures that stopped calling them sexual. Penises are still for peeing and sex in those cultures. Just cause we call breasts sex organs doesn't make it so any more than mouths... Which can used for sex purposes, but you don't complain about seeing a woman smile at you while making your Subway sandwich...

In the case of breastfeeding, I really don't think you should compare it do a guy waving his wang around... Now, if you want to compare it to a woman at Walmart with her fat rolls hanging out over her low-riders. Something you might not want to see, but not something any decent person is going to approach and tell her to dress better or leave.

It is how a baby HUMAN eats... Get over it.

The abstract qualities of the thing aren't really what count. If the law and company are willing to make an exception for uncovered breastfeeding in indecent exposure, mazel tov.

The first thing that assaults my senses in a Target store is the smell of popcorn and cooked pretzels. The next thing I see is the blinding glare of the overhead lights off the overpolished floor. After that, it's either the leather smell of purses or more cooked food.

I think there should be a rule against exposing genitals, with the only exception being peeing if it's done so that others don't see it, but the punishment for pissing shouldn't be registration as a sex-offender but a little fine of maybe $100 if it was done indiscreetly.

Not sure how I feel about breasts though as they aren't sex organs but they should be reasonably covered (nipples hidden).

Such a touchy subject. I have no clue what would be a reasonably appropriate law for the two to be perfectly honest.

1. Phase out legal taboo on breast exposure. Once done:

2. It shouldn't be a government problem. Hand off responsibility to the companies to decide whether or not what kind of breastfeeding (covered or uncovered, if any) they want to allow within the concealed (or not) confines of their premises. If it isn't visible from outside, it shouldn't be the government (or anyone else's) problem.

3. People violating store policy may be banned at the store's discretion.

4. If breastfeeding women want to change store policy in its favor, they're free to petition the company. Offended parties may do likewise.

Problem solved, though you may have to subsidize Hooters.

If a woman is feeding her child with her breast, and an onlooker is getting a chubby over it - the onlooker is the one with the problem.

A little discretion is appreciated, of course.

But, really, the ludicrous extreme is going full Sharia law, and making women cover up absolutely everything because the men can't control themselves.  You never go full Sharia...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indecent_e … ted_States

Most states exempt breastfeeding mothers from prosecution under these statutes. U.S. Public Law 106-58 Sec. 647. enacted in 1999, specifically provides that "a woman may breastfeed her child at any location in a Federal building or on Federal property, if the woman and her child are otherwise authorized to be present at the location."

The application of state and federal statutes may be modified by judicial precedent.
http://www.legalmann.com/CriminalDefens … osure.aspx

Women are usually arrested for exposing their breasts if they are not breast feeding a child.
What I suggested was fairly simple. Deobfuscate matters by phasing out criminal penalty for indecent exposure (of breasts) altogether and let the people/businesses decide based on their own moral codes and not those of a government of already questionable ethics.

That's just fucked up. I've never thought the act of pissing as being somehow sexual in the slightest. Maybe the US judicial system is just full of people with urine fetishes

Our sex laws in general are pretty fucked up.  Then again, it's hard to find a country with functional ones.

Well here in Aus if you get caught pissing in public you get charged with... public urination.

If you get caught committing a sex crime, you get charged with a sex crime.

Confusing the two seems weird. Like a woman revealing her breasts in public would be indecent exposure in the eyes of the law, or fucking awesome to any hetero red blooded male

Here in Austria, pissing in public is exempt from punishment if it was nature's call and you had no other choice with no toilet around.
Really, who would prefer having someone piss his pants, just to abide law?

I think they added public urination as a sex crime because of the occasional flasher. God forbid someone sees a penis. The horror!
