electric razor FTW, i used to use the normal razorblades and shit, but its way faster and less messy with an electric one
electric shavers are for whimps. Also the little cut off hairs fall onto my chest, mixing with the hair there, making me all itchy; horrible. Also it is not as thorough (in the end my face is still prickly)

Me i'm lazy with the shaving and have a job that it doesn't really matter. So i only shave about once a month. So i start out with my electric beard and mustache trimmer and then follow it with a nice clean quatro shave. I use this same method about once a month on my head as well.
I only started properly shaving about two months ago, I use a mach 3, but only because theres always re-fills around.
