I´m not very impressed with B2K so far. I hardly recognize the maps, the contrast is retarded (it´all black and white, i can hardly tell enemies from background).
Weird thing is, the maps seem to be so much bigger than the Bf3 vanilla maps, even on 32 players you run around a lot. At least the teams were balanced for us, so that there was a lot of capping going on.

Shall I switch to all B2k maps on my server? I haven't had much time to play anything my self. Even now i'm just doing homework.
I need to play with my graphics settings control panel and see if I can fix the colors. This shit is nearly impossible to play with and it is very difficult to identify targets or anything at all in a sea of gray.Sisco wrote:

I can honestly say i will never purchase any ea game again. The lack of support is my biggest complaint. The lack of care they have is another complaint.

I won't purchase another game in the battlefield series either. BC2 was what I more or less expected. I can't help but feel taken advantage of for BF3. All the things they promised us BF3 would not be are in the game. Plus some things like a web-browser and origin that on their own wouldn't be deal breakers but combined make this a pretty easy decision to make. The lack of understanding the game devs and others have regarding the community and the game play of their own fucking game is something that still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. It's like they have their pulse on a carcass as opposed to the community. I wish I could pin the blame solely on EA but DICE has shown they are absolutely clueless time and time again.

Never really had a problem with the patching in BF2. The balance issues were there, sure. But the things that separated BF2 from other war shooters were all removed from BF3 and replaced with characteristics that made them even more like COD-type games. They claimed to be building a game for PC gamers that was different from COD-type games. Then they delivered a game that was nothing close to what they promised. That's what pisses me off. you never has a problem of them patching the bf2 blackhawk?! that was a sad day for battlefield. Plus this is bc3, i said it during the alpha. BF3 was a console game from day one, there was no other possibility.
