Vehicles:

Tank rounds will now instantly destroy Jets, Attack Helicopters, and Scout Helicopters.
Using flares too early will no longer distract missiles fired at long range. The missile must be approaching the vehicle in order to reliably be distracted by flares.
Attack Helicopter Guided Rockets will now only track ground targets, as originally intended.
Reduced the direct damage done by helicopter gunners vs armor.
Slightly increased the blast radius of the rounds fired by helicopter gunners vs infantry.
Vehicle weapons should now suppress correctly.
Increased the direct hit damage of the APFSDS rounds for the IFVs.
Miniguns and Helicopter Gunners now more quickly destroy parked cars.
Weapons:
Significantly increased the damage of Laser Guided Top Attack missiles.
Javelin missiles fired without laser targeting now do more damage to the side and rear of MBTs.
Slightly reduced the repair speed of the repair tool.
Fixed a problem when locking on to two nearby targets, the locking should no longer jump rapidly between multiple targets.
Reduced the total number of RPG and SMAW missiles carried from 5 to 4.
Slightly reduced the locking time of all weapons vs Laser Designated targets.
Slightly reduced the effective blast radius of the RPG and SMAW projectiles against infantry.
Reduced the recoil of the SKS rifle and slightly increased its power at close range.
Semiautomatic sniper rifles, Assault Rifles, and LMGs now have more consistent damage over long range.
Increased the close range damage maximum range of 9x39mm ammo.
Soldiers:
Increased the spawn protection time from 1sec to 2sec. The protection will still be immediately canceled as soon as the player moves or shoots.
Spawn protection will no longer be canceled by the player looking around.
Slightly increased the speed at which a player can shoot again after sprinting.
EGM’s TAKE: A lot of good moves on DICE’s part especially in the vehicle section, as many players complain that tanks are to hard to destroy with conventional rocket launchers with engineers repairing them faster than damage can be delivered.

I'm amazed that DICE shows how incompetent they are time and time again with these patches.  This has been going on for 6 years now, and they still can't figure out how to release a patch properly.  It's obvious either: no one at DICE plays the games they make; they are so horribly bad at the games they make that they can't figure out how to properly balance the game.  I'm guessing the latter after that initial video they had of two of them playing co-op.  "ok, i'm opening the door right now, watch my back herp derp."

It might help DICE with tweaking the fucking game if they just played on regular servers instead of internal or closed off ones.  I have yet to run into ONE DICE employee of any sorts.

Personally I'd put the disable point to 25% and make it so the repair tool only does 50% (or even 33%) to vehicles that are "in combat", by this I mean any damage taken from outside sources within the past 10-12 seconds. I guess that repair penalty could even apply (instead of, not as well) if anyone is in the primary seat of the tank, there's loads of ways to fix the bullshit that people pull in tanks without nerfing them under normal use.

But then I'm not running DICE's balance department (as if one exists xD) so whatever.

the only one was tiger woods.....not coincidentally an EA product.  bc2 was no issue at all.  cod was perfect also.

I think most of those changes sound pretty good. Not so sure about increasing the damage that tank shells do to other tanks though. I think the damage they do is fine.

~4 shots from the front, ~3 from the side, ~2 from the back (not sure the exact details). It works pretty well I think.

The problem is the ultra fast repair tool that can repair about 80% of a tank before having to cool down (for about 2 seconds). It's pretty overpowered.

Nah brah, it's the lag. If you go over the flight ceiling your plane slows down and stalls. You can still fly around within the proper flight range and experience shaking and crashing sounds. It's the lag. It's been discovered and noted by a lot of people.
