k, when i played the alpha it looked like an improved Bad Company 2. 3d spotting, same gun sounds, similar squad system, rush mode, no commander and like i said earlier it's on the Frostbite engine just like BC2.

Commander isn't that important. I'm glad I won't hear "ENEMY INFANTRY SPOTTED" every 0.1 seconds from a spamming commander. Too many commanders didn't do their job anyways, so I'm not concerned with it's removal.

I do hope they add more mechanical sounding gun sounds.

Maybe you just have unreal expectations of what guns actually sound like.

iirc Dice posted a video of them going to a swedish millitary firing range and recording sounds for each gun in the game, if they sound like "bb guns" then that might actually be what they sound like.
